This episode of Scottcasting we are without Scott. But we had our favorite Senator...............No Our favorite Politician!!!! Joe Griffo invited The Scottcast down to not only do another amazing interview, but we got a tour of the Capitol Building and met so many people. From spending time with Joe's Staff to seeing everything that makes the Senate fuction and work. We saw people rallying for their causes and even sat in on a Meeting after the show. Joe was such a gracious host and we felt right at home with Joe and his Staff. Touring the building was surreal. This is a once in a lifetime Scottcast and even though Scott wasn't there his presence was felt. It's The SCOTTCAST. We love Joe Griffo and we love supporting him and giving him unrestricted, unfiltered platform to get his thoughts out. We can't say it enough. To Joe Griffo and his entire Staff "Thank You for Being a Friend"
We had a slow start but the SCOTTCAST never stops. We keep going for you. Never a lack of content or topics with us we just take it all in and keep going.

We interview one of our favorite New York Brewery Southern Tier. We have a great conversation about Beer and Sales and having a amazing beard. We Learn a ton about one of our favorite Brewers and make a new friend along the way
We interview Jen Hyatt owner of Prime 67 in Morrisville. Bringing a fresh philosophy to The Morrisville Area. They do food they have Cheese and Meats and the business says no to almost anything. She wants to rejuvenate the Morrisville Economy and get something for the local area. She's definitely got the drive and passion. The food and philosophy have all the things going for it. Its a great place for a meal or to Purchase New York State goods. The business is growing and changing and They want your input. This is a great episode and was tons of fun.

From Apples to Pumpkins...........Christmas trees to Craft beer and Cider this Place has it all. We sit down with Part Owner Matt Critz and Brewmaster and the Scottcasts favorite brewer Mike Coons. We talk is about the evolution that this family farm made from starting as a christmas tree farm to creating a family fun destination that is a Stool with many legs................We love learning about the work and the wins and losses to get there. What a incredible story they tell.
We had the honor and Privilege of having Ralph Cognetti coming back to THE SCOTTCAST. This time the main focus is education. With years of experience with teaching under his belt he wanted to discuss what concerns him and shared his optimism for the future. We touch on all sorts of topics but the focus on education and the direction of the world. This is a do not miss episode. We thank everyone for being a friend but we don't want to forget to highlight without Ralph taking a chance on us we might not be SCOTTCASTing today.............He was here before we even had a audience.
