this totally was what i needed to hear today! thank you! coming out of a 31-year marriage, there was so much gaslighting, manipulation, betrayal, etc. The healing journey is 2 steps forward and one back, especially having an anxiously attached style (in my childhood, there was domestic violence between my parents, so that's even more to work through). but I am so hopeful and want to heal to have a healthy relationship with a partner and others. thank you for your podcast. it means a lot.

hey, I just wanted to thank you, you helped me in my darkest times. can you do an episode about love languages too? cause one of me and my amazing partner's problems in our relationship was that our love languages weren't the same, and my anxious ass thought that he doesn't love me and he doesn't care about me, but he was giving me that love just in a different way that i expected, so i think it really helps to know about them❤️
