For the first time in 2025, Matt and Nick return to the airwaves! As the Western Bulldogs prepare for another busy campaign, the boys recap everything that has happened over the summer and discuss how the club will work around a spate of injuries that will keep key players out of the opening rounds.
As the Western Bulldogs start to celebrate 100 years since their admission into the V/AFL back in 1925, Matthew Donald reflects on the unveiling of the club's Team of the Century back in 2002, as he goes one-on-one with artist Jamie Cooper, the man responsible for the club's Team of the Century painting.
For the final time in 2024, Matt and Nick reconvene at The Salty Bulldog studios to unpack the Bulldogs draft haul, including the strengths and weaknesses of all our new recruits, as well as what they will bring to the table in 2025.
With Trade Period very much in the rear view mirror, Matt and Nick return to the studios to unpack how the player movement window played out for the Bulldogs, before turning their attention to both the recent release of the 2025 fixture, and the upcoming National Draft.
A win against the Eagles sees the Bulldogs both in the top eight and with a positive record for the first time this season. After a week away, Nick joins Matt in the studio once again, where praise is reserved for the lesser lights in the Bulldogs side, as a new Rising Star is honoured.
Following a week where the club faced a great deal of scrutiny, the Western Bulldogs responded with a convincing performance against the Gold Coast Suns, securing their first win of the season. With Nick unavailable this week, Matt is instead joined by passionate Bulldogs fan Alex Docherty, co-host of the A3 Footy Podcast.
As we approach the Bulldogs' opening game of the season, Matt and Nick are joined by AFL.com.au's Josh Gabelich, as they recap everything that took place over the off-season, and preview what is to come in Season 2024.
As the end of the start begins to show up on the horizon, the Western Bulldogs are looking nervously over their shoulder, as they only just manage to hold onto their place in the Top 8, after a narrow loss to the Swans. Matt and Nick sit down to dissect what are becoming the same old problems, with suggestions that maybe it is time to turn to the future.
The Bulldogs are back from the bye, and are once again within touching distance from the top. Matt and Nick convene from opposite ends of the globe to discuss a crucial victory over a top-eight rival, try to figure out who owns the forward line, and answer all of your questions!
The Western Bulldogs head into the bye with a much-needed win, putting a gap between themselves and the chasing finals aspirants, while also keeping in touch with the top 4. Matt and Nick sit down to review the win, assess what's left of the club's defensive stocks, and debate the result of a positional switch months in the making.
After a third consecutive defeat, a Bulldogs side once aspiring for the top four are now clinging onto a place in the eight. Matt and Nick sit down to discuss the finer points of what success looks like for the Bulldogs, and what opportunities there are to sustain that success.
After technical issues prevented an episode from airing last week, Matt and Nick return to the studio with the Bulldogs having suffered consecutive defeats, after sitting on the cusp of the Top 4. Wanting to avoid piecing together yet another Inquest Episode, the boys isolate the issues that have plagued the Dogs over the past fortnight, and identified what the possible solutions might be.
After building a strong foundation over the last two months, Matt and Nick sit down in the studio content with the fact that the Western Bulldogs are a good side with a big opportunity this year, after a comprehensive win against the Crows down in Ballarat. The news is not all good, however, with a big dilemma facing the team following a long-term injury to a certain born-again Norm Smith Medalist.
It was another tense finish, but the Western Bulldogs prevailed yet again. They've now won six of their past seven games, and they are slowly starting to build up trust again. Matt and Nick reserve praise for the not-so-usual suspects that stood up when the game was on the line.
It was a week full of celebrations for the Bulldogs, with the club banking another four points, their inspirational skipper celebrating his milestone match, and a young cult figure hitting the scoreboard for the first time. Matt and Nick sit down to recap all the fallout from the weekend.
The Western Bulldogs have squared the ledger at 3-3 after six rounds, thanks to a convincing victory on the road against Fremantle. There were plenty of encouraging performances in the win, but special praise has been saved for the Bulldogs' captain, who is set to take centre stage in a milestone match this weekend.
After a chaotic weekend traversing the city of Adelaide, Matt and Nick return home to recap an eventful Gather Round, looking specifically at the Bulldogs' narrow loss to Port Adelaide.

For the first time all season, Matt and Nick settle in to The Salty Bulldog studios to celebrate a victory. There were plenty of positives to come from the weekend of football, including a stellar response from the team and from Jamarra Ugle-Hagan, the electric debut of Arthur Jones, and the club's response as they got one over a former star.
Matt and Nick are joined by a former regular of The Salty Bulldog this week, as the Bulldogs crash to a 0-2 start, with very few on-field signs indicating that the results could be about to swing. But there's no let-up either, as the club look towards a clash with Premiership-fancies Brisbane on Thursday, and several Best-22 prospects still to prove their fitness ahead of the clash.
