The Saturday Night Movie

You remember the last post to the Saturday Night Movie blog?...the one that said "new podcast tomorrow?" Well, let's just build a story around that, so I don't have to come off as the lazy sonuvabitch that I actually am: The title of that last post was based on the "Free Beer Tomorrow" signs you see in bars. Oh, you've never seen one? Well, go to more bars. Or try not to drink so much that you go crosseyed and can't read all the neat signs in bars. Furthermore, if you're ever in beautiful north Seattle, visit the fabulous Baranof. "Hear angel trumpets and devil trombones!...you are invited!" Anyway, on to the podcast: No ID's in-between songs ('cuz I basically didn't feel like it this time). As for the playlist, well...I did this podcast a month ago, so you'd have to make me dig up song names with all kinds of weird spellings for artists like Barry Adamson, Serge Gainsbourg, White Zombie, Peeping Tom, Gene Pitney, Jill Tracy, Nine Inch Nails, Betty Davis and Tom Waits and on and on and on...but, ya see, I'm really not in the mood for that. I mean, I love you guys and I appreciate your support, but I'm not coming to your house to fuckin' spoon with you on the couch. So be a grown-up, pour yourself another shot and be thankful for "Episode Two: Kiss Me Deadly (No ID)".
