The Show evolved into a dialogue called ‘The Rabbi and the CEO’ with the introduction of co-host Mitch Zachary. Mitch adds a down to earth flavor and business perspective that complements the spiritual perspective of the rabbi on current affairs and Jewish traditions.

The radio show was born out of a desire to reach the vast majority of Jews in Palm Beach County who are unaffiliated, roughly eighty percent of the population! In a warm and unintimidating manner, these Jews are able to listen and participate in Jewish affairs and discussions. From the very first show in the summer of 2009, the show has been interactive, receiving calls from our listeners. Surprisingly, roughly half the callers are not Jewish! The show was the brainchild of Harry Kaufman, a businessman who serves on the Board of the International Reform Judaism, who now serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Executive Producer for the show.

I'm not sure who this episode is for. The guest speaks so fast and the host does his best to slow the guest down and summarize the talking points but it goes into such minuta so quickly it's hard to understand why this topic is important.
