Several weeks ago, I read an article about ways to recharge your leadership battery. I also spent the last few months sharing ways to recharge mentally, spiritually, financially, and physically. In today’s episode, I share ideas and tips to recharge your leadership batteries. The following questions are what I will examine and discuss in this episode. What level is your “leadership battery”? How are you dealing with it?Are you intentionally recharging your battery level? Are you intentionally recharging physically, mentally, and even spiritually? While schools are closed for the summer but I know most school leaders and principals are working over the summer.
