And just put that out there into the world. The studies do show that if you do this consistently for three weeks, 21 days, It will drastically improve the way that you feel it will improve your creativity deep in connections. And the studies that they've done show that there is still a substantial improvement on the key metrics they observed even a year later.  The 21 day gratitude challenge you can do by yourself. You could take the gratitude challenge to your workplace. And you could do it together with some friends, the bestest way to do a challenge is to have at least one more friend that to do it together with so that you guys could hold each other accountable. And this is where we will also come in because we will rock up every day and we'll set up a little close Facebook group and we can cheer each other on and we can dig deep and have fun. But not only that, I think it's important that we also obviously include our children. So what I'm gonna be doing is I'm gonna get my kids to also be filling it out. This is for you. And I really think that just showing up and being consistent, that is the hardest part. So that's why we're doing this is to help people who are kind of like, I want to feel better. I just don't know how this is. It people, this is the, the easiest way to do it. Five minutes a day for 21 days and you can do it with us. We can do it together. We'll be your accountability coaches and hopefully you'll have somebody else in your life that you can invite in to, to help you on that journey too.  We will of course add a link to the free gratitude journal down here in the in the show notes. Once you've downloaded it, we will send you all the details of face Facebook groups and things like that. But I will just really like to say, thank you so. For listening today we will be bringing more podcasts out. But yeah, thank you so much for being here. And if you really wanna go to support us, here's how you can do it. Go and support our Kickstarter campaign, which is still available to support and pledge any support, whatever it is, small or big. Thank you.  And ultimately you are gonna be holding us accountable.

The Science Behind Sharing Kindness

We're going to be talking about positive psychology and the science behind it. A lot of studies and science behind positive psychology. And in doing research just for this episode today, I found studies on gratitude and the effects that this has on happiness and overall life satisfaction. However, there's a massive gap in the childhood education sector focusing on positive psychology! The Beginning of the Sharing Kindness Podcast

Why have we launched the Sharing Kindness Podcast?   "My number one thing is to be able to start real conversations, talk about real things and letting everyone know that you are not alone. We all have our own struggles in our own little or big ways. But at the end of the day, what we need to do is to come together, talk about and connect and tell ourselves that you, you are good enough just the way you are, but yeah. And this is where the podcast and, and this whole thing is just, we, we wanna spread a message of you're not alone. We're we're in this together." - Tess Bell, Founder of Sharing Kindness Support The Sharing Kindness Game on Kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/tessbell/the-sharing-kindness-game
