As a medical professional we are held to intellectual standards which can drive our future, clinical practices.  My question to the listener is how do you solve a problem; and at what point do we hold people accountable for their logical process in solving that problem?  How should we hold our leaders accountable?
Happy New Years everyone.  I'm starting off the year with a podcast talking about some of the stories of the NBA through the lens of an Athletic Trainer.  Looking forward to another year of growth and I am hoping to grow this podcast as well.  If you are enjoying this please share.  Looking forward to creating more content.
What is an Athletic Trainer to you and where do you consider them to fit in the healthcare world? As an Athletic Trainer, does any of this sound familiar to you? I am curious about your journey and experiences this far. Thank you for listening.

As an Athletic Trainer we observe sports through a third party perspective.  We are needed when things go wrong.  However, we are still present and we see sports conceptually, both from the views of athletes and the coaching staffs.  This episode discusses some lessons I have learned through my experiences so far WORKING, not participating in the field of sports and athletics.  It is definitely an interesting profession thats for sure!
