The following entry was scrawled into a diary found in a house located in New Hollow - one of the towns permanently quarantined since the closure of the Great Darkness of 1999. Often simply known as "weird towns," these places are cordoned off from the public due to their "dangerous conditions." While few concrete details are ever offered, there are often rumors about what strangeness lurks in the abandoned cities.Join us on Discord!Follow us on Twitter at @maeltopiaWant to learn more about the world of Maeltopia? carface is so fucking cool
What a great series! Many thanks to its creators!! I can hardly wait for the next instalment.
kinda hate this being my first comment on this podcast. i love its absurd world building and the plot is always exciting. but the voice for Dr. Haskil REALLY sounds like the protagonist with a weird, inauthentic accent. and then I checked the show notes and, well, this is the first time I realized how many voices each of them actually does. so on that account, kudos that this hasn't happened earlier, I never would have guessed ANY of these characters had the same VA! still, Dr. Haskil takes me out of the story every time she speaks, coz half the time I can't tell her apart from Rosemary, and when I do I can't stop thinking of it being her fourth twin - now with a funny accent! That is made worse, in turn, by the similarities in their personality AND the fact that they aren't meant to be that close yet. she's Rosemary's idol! or at least someone she looks up to as an expert in her field. which means her sounding like a bad imitation of Rosemary really doesn't feel fitting. I really hop
