every night you made feel something special ,that i felt i need to tell you ,dear Elizabeth ; it might pay a little of your kindness back ! I've listened to each episodes several times , and since i found your podcast , i could have an easy sleep ! i used to have insomnia before 🥲 even when i laid down in bed i couldn't calm my mind i felt like thousand of people are shouting and screaming in my head . it was horrible I'm 21 and since i was a kid i wished that my parents would tell me a story or a lullaby before sleeping .but they never could because they were busy 💔 your voice remind me of my childhood . listening to your stories is a kind of lullaby (even with meditation) to me . I'm really grateful for giving me a pleasant rest. (also it's a kinda practicing English for me😅) sometimes i wish you were real next to me, but this is good too, i was lucky enough to find your podcasts 🌙💤✨ sorry for writing so long -it doesn't matter if you don't read this , i don't expect it. anyway I'll send you positive energy in golden time, although I don't know about you . wish you and your family health and success. thank you 🌷💖
