Musk out does Trump in grandiosity and malignant narcissism, he's far more dangerous and calculating than that clown Trump. He presents a distinct danger to America as a military contractor who will sell out our military and intelligence agencies to Russia among others. He's already talking up austerity and people needing to live within their means. The vast majority of people who voted for Trump are about to see in real time the end of democracy in America. Musk, Thiel, will kill democracy.
Fascinating. Well presented. Thank you!
top notch as usual
this is a great podcast although the topic is very grim.
Hunter Biden's laptop is a "popular right-wing conspiracy theory" and the emails between the US intelligence and Twitter "did not prove it"... Ok. So it was a happy coincidence that the CIA were warning of a Russian hoax in the form of an information dump from in the weeks before the New York Post broke the story (which has since been acknowledged as being true but is buried deep underneath a bunch of non-news) so I guess it is just those crazies who believe this crap!
Feel like someone on the production team is kicking themselves for not holding onto this ep for a couple of days more...
I am not sure about the rest of the things this guest talks about, but she is very wrong about Yugoslavia. It has nothing to do with 'soviet era', and not true Milosevic was in power during 'soviet era', not true people did not want to vote for communists... Just mistakes. Many books are written about this and it is strange to hesr this after so long time and so many books. She sounds very interesting, but than I hesr this and not sure she knows what she is talking about.
don't auto subscribe to people -.-
We have a young daughter who is one of the 32,000... very hard to find a way forward. I feel desperately for Elliots family, their position seems much harder than ours... love and power to them x
No idea what happened. Couldn't understand a word the guy said.
Mugglenet is horrible representation for Harry potter fans. Please stop asking for their opinion. I'm a young person and so are all of my friends. none of them have issues with JK Rowling or are going to boycott her.
very good podcast, heartbreaking story
What seems most chilling is the precedent this law sets. It isn't just Muslims that leave the country who should be concerned. As British Citizens we should ALL be concerned at this 'slow creep' legislation. Put in place for the right moral reasons this offers the spectre of un-intended application written all over it. Much in the same way that hate speech laws have been twisted and used in ways never intended when first introduced.
Having just started working my way through these podcasts I am struck by how off the mark some of the predictions are. It would be nice to see a podcast that every now and then re-evaluates earlier casts and tries to see where and why the thinking was off. For example the way Rees-Mogg kept out of the media for the entire rest of the campaign.
Lisa Nandy a bright new face? Wow, they really are screwed.
