On February 15th, 2023, after a year on the run, Eva Millard was apprehended in California by US Marshals Service. Eva was then taken into custody at the San Louis Obispo Sheriff's Office detention center.  Eva then had an extradition hearing in California where she waived extradition agreeing to be extradited back to Arkansas. Eva Millard was extradited back to Arkansas on March 2nd, 2023.  She is currently in the custody of Sebastian County Sheriff's office awaiting her first appearance in Crawford County. Congratulations besties, we did it! On this episode you will be introduced to Billy Turnbough.  Billy is a retired law enforcement officer who worked as a detective, including in homicide.  According to the Van Buren, Arkansas police department's incident reports for November 8, 2018, officer Wesley Marsh identified 4 locations in the home that contained possible blood evidence.  Officer Johnathan Wear then collected swabs from two of those four locations. Yet, somehow, there are more swab entries in evidence than swabs admitted to be collected on the 8th.
