After a not planned hiatus, we finally got back on the mics with plenty to talk about. We moved office spaces (which took way longer than anticipated), procedures, therapy, engagement and much more was gotten into!

The way our workouts went during our teen years, are much different than they go now. And it's not for the reasons you'd think.
Working out has been something we've done for years and tried about every regimen known to man.
Many have failed while we saw success in others but the motives change over the years. Our goals have also changed a ton, bringing us to where we are now.
