Sometimes, we just need to pause and SIMPLIFY our lives so we can move forward. An easy way to do this is to identify just 3 simple words. Tune in to this episode and you’ll understand how a simple 3 words can change the trajectory of your life.
As humans, many times we think about the “what” or “how” first instead of really taking a step back and clarifying our “why”. Understanding our why before everything can provide a lot of clarity — and save us from unwanted outcomes.
Let’s face it: we tie our productivity to our worth. In society, if you’re not DOING, you can be viewed as lazy, unfocused, and undeserving. But what if productivity didn’t have to be the measure of a successful day or even a successful life? This episode invites us to reimagine our relationship with productivity and calls us to reassess how we value ourselves.
Sometimes, we find that the message becomes even more relevant with time.
“You can’t change the past.” We’ve heard this all our lives, but is it true? Is the past set in stone, never to be altered or edited? The answer may surprise you. This episode holds the insight.
It’s a timely reminder.
How many people did you show up for today? Your family, your kids, your parents, your partner, your job? And now reflect. How have you shown up for yourself? If we are to have meaningful lives, we must remember that showing up for ourselves is our top priority… always.
Some of the best advice I’ve heard: “You have to slow down in order to speed up.” A lot has been going on in our lives and the world. Right now, we honestly need to examine the ways we’re slowing down to keep ourselves sustained.
In this episode, we are all challenged to partake in a simple exercise that will contribute to lifelong changes.
As long as we’re growing, that’s all that matters. I’m inviting you to grow with me.
And my life has changed.
Death is uncomfortable. Who seriously wants to talk about it? But it’s a part of life. Knowing that it’s inevitable, it makes sense for us to prepare ourselves for it and use this truth to not only live our lives to the fullest potential, but to cherish our loved ones while we have them as well.
It’s the key to moving forward, even during the times you don’t feel like it.
Black, white. Hot, cold. Negative, positive. Life is ALL about balance. When we’re balanced, we’re in alignment with life. This episode asks us to truly inquire, “How balanced am I, and how can I bring more balance into my life?”
On a scale from 1-10, how vulnerable were you yesterday? Last week? Did you make it a priority to be “real” or were you concerned with keeping up appearances? As we continue to move through this year, we really should re-examine how we relate to the world. The changes that follow will undoubtedly be worth it.
Grateful to make it to 30 years on this Earth. This episode captures exactly where I’m at — and captures some info that can take all of us forward in the decades to come.
