This mood's got me fucked up. I'm not about to play here - that's just what it is. This week has been funky to say the least, and what do you know - planet funk, Uranus, is at play. Mm. I see you, Uranus. Let's talk about it.

We get a little ahead of ourselves sometimes. We know this. Deep down, we know when we're on our own bull shit again. We know when we've been working through an issue for far too long. We know when it's time to leap. We know when it's time to let go. Seldom do we, however, get the chance to blend this deeper knowing with logical understanding. It's instinct vs. reason at play here. We can reason ourselves into a hole, yet also allow instinct to lead us into the woods with no path ahead. Too much of either and we're left with more questions than answers, more fear than hope.

And just like that, the tides have changed. The wind shifts. Three planets move into new signs, and we're here to feel out the mood. So far? Feeling celebratory.

Fuel your ejection out and away from the noise. There comes a time when we need to find ourselves again beyond the chaos of all the "things" in our life. The noise they create drowns us out, we give up our power to all the "burdens" we've been carrying.

Pluto has been Retrograde for months and I bet you haven't even noticed. We grow accustom to the way things are, whether the wind's blowing East or West, whether a planet is shifting forward or backward. It's when things change that we freak out. It's when things become stagnant that we notice something's different.Stagnation in energy isn't comfortable for us, you see. We need things to be moving all the time as we are constantly moving. If all of a sudden the air went still, wouldn't you notice? There've been horror stories written about that feeling countless times. It feels unnatural, unsafe, and unnerving.So what in hell kind of stagnation have we been feeling?Stagnation in getting headway in our goals. Stagnation in our governments doing not a Goddamn thing about the tragedies happening all around the world seemingly by the day. Stagnation in making shifts we know we need to make but that unknown energy out in front of us - our future - is looking just a little too uncomfortable right about now. Pluto has shifted Direct by the time you're reading this, listening to the show, and feeling out this mood. We've taken that step towards getting a feel for this stagnation, but we certainly won't be feeling movement in these areas for quit some time. Astrologically and chronologically speaking, we're talking October 21st here, just under a month, until we feel the wind in our hair again and Pluto is fully charging forward.Charging at a snail's pace.Pluto never charges. It's the farthest planetary body from our Earth and therefore farthest from our consciousness. It represents the deepest parts of our unconscious, and therefore all its shifts within us are so deep-set, we may not even feel this shift from Retrograde to Direct unless we dive that deep in meditations, dive that deep in our dreams!Pluto is also quite the "scary" sort of energy. In pulling cards for what this energetic shift means for us, we got Archangel Phanuel, the Angel of Truth.Truth is scary.We're being called to uncover a greater Truth, beyond the smaller truths our perceptions of reality hold us to. We need to get deeper than what we naturally might only see as reality through our own eyes. As it so happens, the Moon and Pluto will be in the same sign, at the same degree, when Pluto goes from being Retrograde to Direct. They will be conjunct. This is an amalgamation of energy, blending our inner knowing with this change that would perhaps otherwise float under our radar.A true blessing, to say the least, because now more than ever we need to get conscious of these energies, for them to float above the radar. You have been thinking, haven't you? Long, hard, and deep. Like all good things.Except wow doesn't it feel like something needs to happen with this energy, huh? Perception shapes our reality through and through, and in these cards, we feel despair and release, agony and tragedy.But ... does it have to be that way?Heck no. We are 100% capable and entitled to shifting our perceptions, our thought patterns, and everything and anything that gets in the way of us leading our authentic selves into truth. Sounds cheesy, but isn't it true? We've got two hefty oppositions going on today, namely Jupiter opposing Uranus and Mars opposing Neptune.Translation?God do we need to stop blaming ourselves for every little thing we haven't been able to get done - just do you!!Oppositions are equally about balancing these vibes out and learning to meet in the middle and opening a portal to new revelations. Let's manifest toward the later. Because what lies ahead? It's pretty rad.The Sun is what we're directly seeing before us if we can learn to look on the bright side. The Fool lay beneath the deck, a card I like to look to sometimes when I need a little comfort about what I have lying within my reserves, what's beneath this situation that I'm not seeing.We've lost a little sight of our agency through the storms we've weathered this year, folks.
