I love this police officer, he's so sharp and fair. The court experience is very different to how you imagine it, I feel like there's a real difference between Scottish and English courts, the Scottish courts seem a more dour and reasoned affair, but maybe this changes from case to case?

Before being released they should spend hours and hours locked up with the deceased's mother or father , with a camera, so the public can see remorse and feel a bit safer.

Such a great podcast. I’m Scottish from Glasgow. I never knew of this crime. How horrible. Our justice system is so lenient it’s scary how many killers are we walking around with daily. That we are unaware of?
