Great talk on this episode I learned a lot of valuable information. I did play baseball in highschool and had some experience with the donut weight on the bat. Can this be considered a form of PAP? With the additional load on the bat can this activate more motor neurons? It felt as if I could swing the regular bat faster after using the donut.
I'd love to see more on coaching/supporting women in strength training!
love the functional movement talk 45:00
