Many people come to me for coaching because they've seen the business that I've created, they see me flying first class and travelling the world while not being around that much and want to know how I can run my businesses while living this lifestyle. This week's episode is about how to set boundaries in business and life and how to say no to other people. I wanted to talk about this topic because I feel like it's something that I used to really struggle with. I used to find it so hard to say no to people, especially when it came to running my business. If my team or a customer requested something of me, I felt like I had no choice but to do it. Back then I felt like I had to do this in order to be successful. Now I know that I have the power to choose what I want to do, I think I've got strong boundaries in place and it's something that I believe I can speak on and I can kind of offer some of my experience to you guys. There are so many different ways that you can learn about business and grow. I just can't stress how important it is to just really take that time to educate yourself. I believe that as an entrepreneur we have to look at ourselves and our business holistically. We can't look at one part of our life or one part of our business and go all in on that, we need to look at ourselves as a whole. For a long time I thought that I could have freedom, do whatever I wanted and hope that my business would succeed. Once I started putting some routines in place that benefited me and my business, everything started to flow better. Everything felt calmer, less chaotic, and overall a whole lot better.
