Description

A Podcast for, by, and about Table 2 City Carriers at the USPS. The NALC has not made Table 2 a priority, nor has anybody else. So, we will do it ourselves. We will form a ticket for national office that will make getting back the wages and benefits Table 1 received our priority because we are a union and you cannot have unity when you endorse anti-union policies like a two tiered pay scale. We will also discuss how to fix the structure of the NALC, as well as ways to fix the USPS. Legal: this is an opinion podcast. Statements do not reflect the official views of the NALC or the USPS, etc.

This episode talks a little bit about Apathy, and how to combat it. I'm no expert, but this episode offers some simple solutions to problems that cause apathy toward the NALC. I also remind Table 2 that they are the majority!
This was a learning experience for both of us. We discuss a wide range of topics from bargaining priorities to local bylaws. Our discussion strayed from time to time, but there are some useful nuggets in there. here's the survey we talked about from BFN. https://www.fightingnalc.com/survey
This is a short episode! We briefly discuss the recent NALC Rap Session, "the Amazon model", the OIG report, and we tackle a single statement from Brian's Fight like hell podcast. Enjoy your Thanksgiving!
The main pieces of this episode are our main topic where we call out table 1 carriers for not standing up for table 2 and the review section where we do a dirty rundown of Next Generation Carriers' podcast interview of our current NALC president.
