This episode was recorded on July 10th, 2024. Born in Hounslow, southwest London, my podcast guest found early passion in music, writing the first song at the age of 9. Regular collaborations with Queen's Sir Brian May and songwriting for various artists and films have kept the music career vibrant and active. A spiritual awakening on New Years Eve 2023 led to a return to the Catholic faith and a dedication to spreading Christian values through music. Currently working on a Christian album and leading worship, the journey has been filled with challenges and redemption, all leading to a new music single with Sir Brian May on the horizon for July. What does it really mean to pray for a miracle, and why do sincere prayers sometimes seem to go unanswered? In this episode, I sit down with Anthony DeStefano to explore faith, prayer, miracles, and the tension many Christians feel between trust in God and disappointment when outcomes don't unfold as hoped. We talk about how miracles are understood in Christian theology, why anxiety can quietly undermine faith, and how prayer often requires holding paradoxes at the same time—action and surrender, courage and fear, precision and openness to God's will. Anthony draws from decades of writing, teaching, and theological reflection to offer a grounded, compassionate framework for praying with honesty, peace, and perseverance, even in suffering. If you've ever struggled with unanswered prayer or wondered how faith works in real life, I invite you to listen, reflect, and share your thoughts in the comments—and don't forget to subscribe for more thoughtful conversations on faith, meaning, and the inner life. What if the lessons children need most have quietly disappeared from our classrooms? In this conversation, I speak with Louise Kirk, UK Coordinator for *Alive to the World*, an international character-education program using storytelling to teach children the virtues and life skills that shape a meaningful future. Louise has spent years researching how modern sex and relationships education took root in the UK—and how a return to grounded, family-centered wisdom could restore clarity and confidence to young people today. Together, we explore the power of story, the importance of early formation, the role of parents as primary educators, and why understanding our own biology and purpose can give children deeper self-respect and healthier relationships. Are light frequency therapy and vibrational sound healing real tools for physical and emotional healing, or are we just beginning to understand the language of the body? In this episode, I sit down with Alvin Harbour, founder of the IVOLV wellness center, and Linda Locurto to explore their work using sound therapy, light therapy, ozone, and resonance-based healing to support the nervous system, shift biochemistry, and restore the body's ability to repair itself. Alvin shares how his vision emerged from personal loss and his drive to recreate healing through vibration, oxygen, and light, using equipment he has personally built and modified, while Linda offers insight into her role in creating a safe, womb-like healing environment and helping clients shift from fight-or-flight into parasympathetic regulation through resonance therapy. Together, we discuss how sound frequencies, vibrational tables, and emotional safety work together to support deep healing and performance optimization. This episode was recorded on July 16th, 2025. What really happened at the Kamloops residential school site, and why are so many questions still unanswered? In this episode, I sit down with political science professor Frances Widdowson to discuss the controversial claims about unmarked graves in Canada, the role of ground-penetrating radar, and how these narratives have shaped public policy and academic discourse. Frances, known for her work on indigenous policy and her commitment to defending academic freedom, brings a wealth of insight into how misinformation can take hold and the importance of open inquiry, even when the topics are difficult. We also talk about the impact of censorship and how universities are failing in their mission to foster real debate. What if we've been feeding cognitive decline—literally? In this episode, I explore the hidden connection between dementia, diet, and aging with Hal Kramer, a former US Air Force Special Operations pilot turned assisted living innovator. After careers in aviation and real estate, Hal entered the senior care world and discovered a disturbing pattern: elderly residents, often forgotten and overmedicated, were being fed processed food that accelerated their decline. So he did something radical—he changed their food and lifestyle instead of increasing medication. Together, we talk about the link between insulin resistance and Alzheimer's, the healing power of resistance training, and how one man in a wheelchair walked out of Hal's home after just seven months of clean eating and exercise. This conversation made me rethink how we treat the elderly, what healing really looks like, and how much more is possible—at any age. What does it look like to serve God faithfully in government while raising a family—and can national revival begin in the workplace? In this episode of the Tammy Peterson Podcast, we explore faith in public life, spiritual heritage in the UK, and the transformative power of motherhood and prayer. I sit down with Kam Flynn, a devoted wife, mother, and civil servant in the UK government with over two decades of experience in policy and efficiency. What if the loneliness and overwhelm so many mothers feel today isn't a personal failing—but a sign that we've lost something essential? In this episode, we talk about the importance of community, the quiet strength of daily prayer, and the foundational role of family in a life of meaning. I reflect on how service to others brings more peace than self-focus, why motherhood was never meant to be carried alone, and how we can rebuild the support systems that once made life more livable. My guest is Rocco Loiacono, a Senior Lecturer at Curtin University Law School and a widely respected voice on the rule of law and cultural change. His insights into how modern life isolates us—and what we can do about it—add depth to this personal and spiritual conversation. I'd love to hear what stood out to you.
