Many female tango dancers have faced gender bias and discrimination in the tango communities over the past few years. In this episode, Freseda Mae and I discuss how instances of unsolicited feedback and uncomfortable dance experiences led Mae to decide to start leading. But once she did start leading she faces other challenges of being a dual role dancer.
