Interesting one today, with the only real through line being public golf. Cabot Karoo is a high dollar project in South Florida whereas Champion Hill is a mom and pop sort of golf course outside of Traverse City, Michigan. While these 2 courses don't really have a ton in common, that in essence is what house theory is all about.
