Welcome to EP2 in our visionary journey of discovery, an understanding of leadership created to enable everyone. In Episode 1, we established that Leadership Understanding is a choice, that is we choose the lens through which leadership is to be understood. We identified principles of an equiarchal lens, that is, a leadership understanding for all. We further identified that these principles befit a natural relationship with the Toastmasters promise of leadership/communications mutual evolution. In this episode, our journey takes us through a more detailed examination of the eight principles and their natural relationship with our Toastmaster’s experience.
