Comparisonitis is the thief of joy, and it’s keeping so many of us stuck, frustrated, and feeling less-than. In this episode, we’re digging deep into the hidden ways comparison holds you back and giving you five powerful, uncommon truths to break free. This isn’t just about stopping the habit of comparing yourself to others—it’s about reclaiming your peace, building confidence, and defining success on your terms.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re behind in life, like everyone else has it figured out while you’re still struggling, this episode is for you. It’s time to honor your path, trust your timing, and let go of the weight of comparison. Let’s make 2025 the year you step fully into your power.
What You’ll Learn in This Episode:
1️⃣ Stop Competing With Their Starting Line
Why comparing your progress to someone else’s circumstances is a race you’ll never win.
The truth about why your path might be harder—and how that’s connected to your purpose.
2️⃣ Ask Yourself: What Am I Really Jealous Of?
How envy reveals the parts of yourself you’re neglecting and how to turn that into growth instead of self-doubt.

The power of curating what you consume to build clarity and focus.
4️⃣ Stop Comparing Seasons—They’re Not Supposed to Look the Same

Why rushing the process always leads to frustration and burnout.
5️⃣ Ask Yourself: Is This Even What I Want?

The importance of defining success on your terms, not society’s.
Memorable Quotes from the Episode:
"Your path is harder because your purpose is greater. Keep running your race."
"Jealousy isn’t about them—it’s about the parts of yourself you’re neglecting."

I know of someone whose adult daughter went to visit her sick grandpa. She ended up getting in a wreck & dieing on her trip there. Her & her husband were expecting there first child. all gone. you don't know when your own last day is.

Thanks T-Shell! I'd like to add... "Perfection" is not realistic (for me) living in "Perfection" is draining. Pursuing, chasing Perfection is pointless (for my growth). Aim for Peace of mind, Happiness and allow the "chase" to be that your perfectly rowing gently down stream. #Inspiration

I needed this so bad this morning. I’m putting all my eggs in one basket. I need to know I’m not gonna fold regardless of what happens especially financially. Thank you
I needed this message. I'm passing this message to many of my friends via text. Sharing on FB (No IG acct.) and I'm on my third listening 🤭
I needed this today. Thank you and heal soon. 💛
#ZaeWill Yasssss!!! I totally agree! I love love playing red light green light with my grand baby! or park far away from the department store door... take the basket run hella fast (grand daughter inside, she's 8yrs old) and glide through the parking lot. People just stare at us! We laugh hella hard!! 🤣
"Some of You" would be "Me" lol! I've always lived to give to other's.. I am now living to give to MySelf. When you change the way you look at things The things you look at change #UncleWayne StraightUpFacts 💯

I have that bad habit of trying to please people. I'm correcting that feeling every single time I have it. I stop myself and ask why am I worried about somone else's opinion and why I seek their approval and I cheer myself on. But is a bad habit I have and I think it seems from being ignored as a child. I'm embarrassed at the level I am in life but I'm not stopping or giving up. Also working on being more transparent. This is why I'm sharing here. Good day
