Hey Rehabbers:
Let’s keep it real: most of us struggle with feeling “enough.” Whether it’s from rejection, failure, or feeling invisible, self-worth takes a hit, and that’s where it all begins. If you don’t know your worth, how can you expect freedom or success? This episode isn’t about fluff or clichés; it’s about breakthrough tools that will shake up how you see yourself and the life you deserve in 2025. We’re talking raw, real, and actionable steps to help you stop looking outside for validation and start owning your power. Your next level starts with YOU.
What You’ll Learn in This Episode:
Why self-worth is the foundation of everything: If you don’t believe you’re enough, no success, money, or relationship will ever feel like it’s enough.
The “Reverse Apology Practice” – Why saying “sorry” too much destroys your confidence and how gratitude flips the script.
The “Mirror Effect” – The uncomfortable but game-changing power of looking yourself in the eyes and speaking life into your soul.
Your “Failure Resume” – How owning your mistakes and failures builds the strongest foundation for success.
Embodiment Training – Why your body doesn’t lie and how standing like a winner makes you feel like one.
The Future Self Contract – How a simple commitment to your future self can keep you locked in when life gets hard.
Real Talk Moments:
Nobody is coming to save you. Waiting for validation or approval is what’s been holding you back.
Rejection isn’t a reflection of your worth; it’s redirection.
The way you carry yourself—physically and mentally—tells the world how to treat you. Start carrying yourself like someone who knows they’re worth it.
Action Steps for Listeners:
The 7-Day Challenge: Replace every “sorry” with gratitude. Watch how it changes your mindset and the way people respond to you.
Mirror Talk: Look yourself in the eyes for 2 minutes every morning and say, “I see you. You’re worthy. Let’s do this.” It’ll feel weird—but breakthroughs are born in discomfort.
Write Your Failure Resume: List every mistake, and next to it, write what it taught you. Then realize: You’re still here, stronger than ever.

In this solo, raw, and unapologetic episode, Trent Shelton dives deep into the real reason people stay stagnant year after year – their standards don’t match the life they say they want.
2025 isn’t about doing more. It’s about becoming more.
Trent breaks down the uncommon truths about why identity, comfort, and avoidance are holding you back – and how shifting your standards will unlock the version of you that’s been waiting to show up.

I know of someone whose adult daughter went to visit her sick grandpa. She ended up getting in a wreck & dieing on her trip there. Her & her husband were expecting there first child. all gone. you don't know when your own last day is.

Thanks T-Shell! I'd like to add... "Perfection" is not realistic (for me) living in "Perfection" is draining. Pursuing, chasing Perfection is pointless (for my growth). Aim for Peace of mind, Happiness and allow the "chase" to be that your perfectly rowing gently down stream. #Inspiration

I have that bad habit of trying to please people. I'm correcting that feeling every single time I have it. I stop myself and ask why am I worried about somone else's opinion and why I seek their approval and I cheer myself on. But is a bad habit I have and I think it seems from being ignored as a child. I'm embarrassed at the level I am in life but I'm not stopping or giving up. Also working on being more transparent. This is why I'm sharing here. Good day
