My Dad had me in radio production rooms starting at age ten, so being on-air has always come natural to me. I've been a music DJ all over the U.S. including Phoenix, Denver, Kansas City, San Jose and Buffalo. I even ran some of the top Billboard artists as a record rep with Sony Music, but I realized being on the radio as a talk show host is what I was created to do. Conservatives, liberals, atheists, vegetarians, vegans, gay, straight, sideways; even Giant fans, born and raised as a Dodgers fan, you will have a voice on the Trevor Carey Show and will never be shouted down. Yet he doesn't seem to interested in discussing those things.

Volunteers must meet criteria under NCLB and be vetted as "Highly Qualified" with that particular disability group. Second, the Annex at Starr[or SPED Ghetto] is limited by two considerations, acreage and building space. If you demo the buildings so you can create new spaces for a more inclusive space, that is great, but you will be over capacity on student numbers, that means you will have to displace some kids? How do you select those? Lottery? Send the SPED kids and their teachers, assistants, and para-educators to another site? Once that happens, they may not want to come back. Now Mr. Slatic may write me off as a curmudgeon, but my son was a Starr, and we had a solution for the Annex and it worked. Why? Because District Admin, the Site Principal, and Parents worked together to c
