In January 2023, Constance Marten and Mark Gordon went on the run with their newborn baby Victoria. After a nationwide hunt, the couple were found. Two days later, so was the body of Victoria.Last year a jury found the pair guilty of concealing the birth of a child and perverting the course of justice. However, unable to reach a verdict on the charge of manslaughter, the jury was discharged.
