This is the time of year we are seeing everyone posting about their year in review, a highlight reel of a highlight reel of their lives. I'm all for that celebrate those wins people!! This year i'm celebrating something alittle different, I've silently been celebrating these wins every second Friday for a year....This year ive focused on tackling my mental health, or at least getting started with the aid of a professional, and honestly i've never felt better..

We’ve all heard “ oh they are so talented” But what is the actual equation for success.

Since this has started I have always swore to be 100% raw, real and authentic. Well that may not have completely been the case. Im coming clean.

What a little bit of faith can do if you don't even believe in you Why would you think or expect anybody else that's around you to? I done did things that I regret I done said things I can't take back Was a lost soul at a crossroad who had no hope but I changed that

I want to share something super cool and fun and exciting!! I stepped out of my comfort zone, and dang I had a great time.

Be it something BIG or be it something small, this is something I think we all have felt at one time or another....or even all the time lol. But WHY? Why are we inherently scared of what we don't know, because lets be real, aside from that one annoying person that each of us have in our lives that claims to know everything about everything, WE DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING. Life is an adventure, a trek full of turns and twists, and ups and downs, internal and external. Embrace it, live it, love it, don't be scared to fail, but most importantly don't be scared to WIN.

Why do so many men suffering silence? Why do we tell our young dudes to "man up" when they are feeling down What can WE do to help?
