Healthy male here, overall I enjoyed this podcast but I recently started eating my meals in a 12-14hr fasting window and have realized amazing benefits in terms of my appetite regulation, energy levels and digestion... Keeping in mind I eat a very healthy paleo diet already and the one variable I could point to was switching to an intermittent fast... That being said when I tried a 16-18hr fast it didn't feel great, so I think some troubleshooting might be in order but I think she really shot down intermittent fasting and I've found some great benefits from it.
