Have you ever met someone who was broken? Dating while hurting is okay, when you are being intentional and actively taking steps to work on your issues. The problem comes in when you are trying to fix someone else or just not even dealing with the hurts and pains from your past. Hurt people, hurt people and there are plenty of wounded hearts around the world. Being broken in a relationship isn’t healthy for your or them. It’s important to heal before getting into another relationship. In life things happen. You may get hurt in someway that devastates you, but you don’t stay there! You don't have to settle for a person who isn't whole within themselves and it's not your job to fix anyone else either.
