Valenti and Rico kicked off this Football Friday by ripping the Red Wings for their poor play in the season opener against the Canadiens last night. They dedicated a chunk of the show to that, the massive game 5 of the ALDS between the Tigers and Mariners, and the Lions' matchup with the Chiefs on Sunday.
Mike and Rico began the show lambasting the Red Wings for their pathetic showing at LCA last night on opening night. They heard from some angry callers and ticket texters before they did the "Prop Bet Casino" to close out the hour.
Mike and Rico began the third hour joined by TJ Lang, where they previewed Lions-Chiefs and played "Who Said It?" Then, the guys discussed MSU-UCLA and the stakes of the matchup.
The guys began the final hour of the show revisiting all of their topics from today, focusing on the Tigers game 5 against the Mariners in the ALDS tonight. Then, they were joined by Riger to wrap up the show.

My Florida State fan wife scheduled our wedding on Ohio State's bye week in '14 (I'm from central Ohio, as was my whole side of the wedding) because she didn't want everyone watching their phones. One of my groomsmen is a UM fan so that was one of many setbacks for him that season. We went to school in Indiana so our IU friends were there, but not even they cared about Hoosier football. The one downside was missing the 61-58 Baylor-TCU game. It was a good year. Wife in October, title in January.
