In speaking with Avarice, the Judge learned that Talos Ivo was a heretic in the eyes of the Mechanicus because of their rules forbidding experimentation on Gellar fields, but he is not technically a heretic according to the Lex Imperialis. Having escaped the Flensing House, the band took a short rest to treat their wounds and regroup, now in the company of two Arbitrators and a soldier.
