Today on The Viall Files we are joined by TikTok sensation Tinx. Tinx talks to us about all of her dating theories from Boyfriend Sickness & The Ick List to Box Theory and we are here for it. Tinx started her journey on TikTok when she wasn’t finding things on the platform that she was interested in and decided to make it herself. Nick and Tinx break down some of these theories and speak about the topics they get the most from their audiences and the advice they give them. The question is, is that advice different from a male or female perspective.  “ …you better national treasure the sh*$ out of your Ick List.” Please make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss an episode and as always send in your relationship questions to asknick@kastmedia.com to be a part of our Monday episodes.  THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS: Headspace: http://www.headspace.com/VIALL  for a FREE ONE-MONTH TRIAL with access to Headspace’s full library of meditations for every situation. On today's episode of Ask Nick our first caller started “dating” someone she respected who was really well known in their industry but turned out not to be who she thought he was. Next, we speak with a single mom who stopped speaking with a guy because he was not ready to be serious. After a few months he contacts her because he is now ready to be committed to her but it doesn’t necessarily work out the way she hoped. Third, we have a woman who received a snap from the guy she was dating that had a message saying he had another girlfriend; turns out the other girlfriend was putting him on blast. Sadly, she was not the only one as she dug into the story more and more. Last, we speak with a woman who wants the guy she is seeing to give up his dating apps but at the same time she is not ready to be his girlfriend.  “Your ego is so much in control that it is silencing your gut and what you know to be right.” Please make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss an episode and as always send in your relationship questions to asknick@kastmedia.com to be a part of our Monday episodes.  For merch please visit www.viallfiles.com today! On today's episode of Ask Nick we start with a guy who wants to know how much effort is too much effort to put into a girl that he likes (hoping that Bachelor Nation’s Ashley and Jared’s story is more the rule than the exception.) Next, we speak with a woman who’s swinging lifestyle with her husband has led her to a couple that is polyamorous and she finds herself with emotions attached where she did not expect them to be. Our third caller met someone randomly, started dating him, came to find out he is the step brother of a guy she used to date, and now doesn’t know how to share this info with her new guy. Last, we speak to someone who is having problems with her girlfriends, and is fighting some jealously issues she has, wondering why her friends are leaving her out.  “Jealousy does not equal love and you have confused that…” Please make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss an episode and as always send in your relationship questions to asknick@kastmedia.com to be a part of our Monday episodes.  For merch please visit www.viallfiles.com today! On today's episode of Ask Nick we start with a caller who is a virgin at 33 years old and, after experiencing trauma, is super cautious about dating. Nick helps her come to a realization about her fear of saying 'no' and how that is affecting her life. Next, we speak with someone who suffers from generalized anxiety disorder and her anxiety causes her to talk herself down in situations and makes it so she is unable to trust her instincts when it comes to dating. Our third caller just got married and her husband has 2 children with 2 different exes. She is finding it hard dealing with the emotions that comes with her new role was a step-mom and understanding the appropriate boundaries in the these relationships. Our last caller is dealing with the her first situationship; she tried to define the relationship with her guy thinking that he was going to be on the same page and, to her surprise, he was not.  “That’s a red flag if he gets weirded out by labels.” Make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss an episode and as always send in your relationship questions to asknick@kastmedia.com to be a part of our Monday episodes.  For merch please visit www.viallfiles.com today! It is Monday which means it is time for Ask Nick. On today's episode we start with someone who is dating someone who says they are in a relationship but does not want to fully commit because he still wants to hook up with other women. Our next caller was cheated on by her boyfriend after being accusatory toward her, and she wants to know what could she have paid attention to to see it coming. "It is messy" is the best way to describe our next call- and how she describes it herself. Lastly, we speak with someone who feels like the guy she has been speaking to on a dating app makes her feel like he has cooled off on her as soon as she started to get invested.  “Tell yourself the truth, charming, confident, good looking doesn’t mean great boyfriend.” Please make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss an episode and as always send in your relationship questions to asknick@kastmedia.com to be a part of our Monday episodes.  For merch please visit www.viallfiles.com today! Today on The Viall Files we have one of our favorite conversations with Sheila Kelley. Sheila is not only an actress you may know from shows like The Good Doctor, but also a Feminine Embodiment Leader. She is the Founder of S Factor which is featured in the Netflix documentary Strip Down, Rise Up. In the documentary and in her classes, Sheila helps women regain their erotic energy and become comfortable in their skin. S Factor is a practice that brings you home to your body, awakening confidence and sensuality, through movement and community with others looking for the same thing. Nick and Sheila talk about being comfortable with your sexuality, embracing your erotic energy, how women should start knowing their body, and letting your body move the way it was supposed to. In doing that you may find your purest sense of strength and self.  “How about, lets dance on a pole and free our sexual desire.” Find out more about S Factor at www.sfactor.com  Please make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss an episode and as always send in your relationship questions to asknick@kastmedia.com to be a part of our Monday episodes.  THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS: Usual Wines: http://www.usualwines.com  use discount code VIALL for $8 off your first order and try your first glass on us! On today's Ask Nick we start with a someone who is confused after getting a divorce and moving back in with her ex husband. He is saying all the right things but she is wondering if she is able to get over the resentment she feels from their unhealthy relationship. Next, a bestie writes in and her friend joins us to discuss her relationship. After hearing her friend talks about how she is not sure she wants to be with her boyfriend anymore- and definitely is not into having sex with him- she is stuck with her boyfriend wanting to try more and more and more and she, may just not love him anymore. Our third caller is accepting less than what she deserves from a guy that she wants to date, but she needs to remember what she wants and move forward in that direction. Last, we speak with someone who was on vacation with her boyfriend and some of his old friends when, while sitting next to her, he puts his hand on the leg of a girl that he used to date. She goes back and forth in her mind wondering if it is ok or not since he did it front of her. “It doesn’t matter how good we are when we’re good, it is how bad we are when we’re bad.” Please make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss an episode and as always send in your relationship questions to asknick@kastmedia.com to be a part of our Monday episodes. We are joined by Christa Allen today to have a conversation about life and relationships. Most people know Christa from 13 Going On 30, or Revenge, and now from her strong Tik Tok game. Christa is about to turn 30 and we talk about her perspective on growing up with expectations versus the reality of reaching a certain age, questions that you should and should not ask on dates (and how they indicate what your future with that person could be,) if society is assigning value to people by using different metrics, jealously, and being in a relationship while maintaining friendships with the opposite sex.  Nick and Christa really cover it all and share their experiences and lessons learned.  “If you feel judged on a date, it usually means you’re being judged.” Please make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss an episode and as always send in your relationship questions to asknick@kastmedia.com to be a part of our Monday episodes.  THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS: Helix Sleep: http://www.helixsleep.com/VIALL  to get up to $200 off all mattress orders and 2 free pillows. On today's Ask Nick we start with a woman who is dealing with someone she dated that just won’t take no for an answer, and is trying to figure out whether he's being obsessive or if she possibly needs a restraining order. Secondly, a 3-year "situationship" filled with gaslighting and mixed signals has gotten her to the point of needing to express clearly what she wants- or her future will be filled with questions. Our next caller is stuck in a RomCom with passive aggressive behavior on both sides and the confusion is making this real life movie longer than it needs to be. Lastly, we chat with a guy who was blindsided by his girlfriend breaking up with him but realizes they never really spent time defining the relationship.  “There are plenty of places for you to go just don’t go backwards.” Please make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss an episode and as always send in your relationship questions to asknick@kastmedia.com to be a part of our Monday episodes.  For merch please visit www.viallfiles.com today! Kelly Osbourne and Jeff Beacher join us today for a very honest conversation mixed with a little bit of chaos. Today we catch up with these best friends the week before the launch of their podcast, The Kelly Osbourne and Jeff Beacher Show, on May 4th. Known for their dynamic and outrageous personalities, they were completely uncensored with us as we discussed Kelly and Jeff’s recent relapses, their views on addiction, and the mental challenges they overcame when they made the life choice to have weight loss surgery.  We definitely have a little fun investigating some earrings left behind in Jeff’s bathroom and finding out how these two “Howard Hughes” themselves through quarantine. But if this episode is an indication of all the directions their show can go in the future, then get ready for a heck of a ride. “Kelly also thinks the Matrix is a documentary.” Please make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss an episode and as always send in your relationship questions to asknick@kastmedia.com to be a part of our Monday episodes.  THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS: Huzzah: http://www.drinkhuzzah.com use code VIALL for 20% off. It's Monday which means it is time for Ask Nick. Today we start with someone who has been living in a toxic relationship with a boyfriend who tests her, gets irrational, and gaslights her. Then, you get a little insight into what goes on between callers as our own Amanda gets some Ask Nick advice herself after questioning whether or not she should Venmo-back the cost of a gift from someone she was seeing. Nick, of course, digs a little deeper and opens a whole different can of worms. Our next caller has always been attracted to guys with that Big D*ck Energy, but now she is dating an introvert and is not sure how to handle the getting-to-know-you process with him.  We then chat with a women who keeps having anxiety about her relationship that is actually going well, but her partner continually gives her compliments and it makes her nervous. Our final caller is starting to date people outside of her trust circle, and she is faced with trying to figure out the right time for her to tell her dates that she has a sexually transmitted disease as she faces the constant stigmas that go along with this conversation.  “It is ok to question why someone is complimenting you.” Please make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss an episode and as always send in your relationship questions to asknick@kastmedia.com to be a part of our Monday episodes.  For merch please visit www.viallfiles.com today! My daughter is a hoarder. It is crippling, and it is a mental health issue. He HAS to get therapy.

Nick, I am positively bursting with pride for you right now. You handled all of these calls so beautifully. It’s clear how much you’ve learned from therapy, how confident you are in your new relationship, and your advice has never been better! I wonder if they give out professional certificates for podcast therapy, because you are ready for yours let me tell you. In other news I dream the other night that you became the bachelor again and I went on your season and you sent me home first out of everybody and you and Chris Harrison both said that I was crazy. I’m not holding it against you.

Sometimes I am so impressed with how insightful his advice to people is, but other times so disappointed with how condescending he can be toward people he is interviewing/chatting with, especially when it is someone significantly younger than him. It has made me cringe a few times. Also, I just have to say, it is so rude when Chrissy continuously giggles in the background of an interview.

Eek. Nick irritated me in this. Didn’t let Steve talk and wasn’t open to any perspectives but his own.

This was so hard to listen to. Nick was aggressive, dismissive and hypocritical. I've been a Nick fan for awhile and it was just cringe and after cringe after cringe. He pushed on the Demi issue even AFTER RS said he wouldn't have released the info had he know Demi hadn't come out to her family. He said people sign up for the show so the show can edit/manipulate story lines any way they want because they signed up for it, then later in the episode bashed RS for releasing info saying that just because the contestants signed up for it, doesn't justify RS releasing info, or judging someone based on the story line the show portrays, I mean WHAT??? Whatever fits your narrative right Nick?

I absolutely love your outlook on relationships. Your definitely brutally honest but i enjoy it. I have watched the Bachelor since Chris Soules season. I enjoy listening to the different podcasts about the show and getting different perspectives about the episodes.
