This week we explore why Church unity is so important and why these four marks represent greater togetherness. We look at how we need to continue to grow in these areas so we can bless others, as well as share the reason for our hope with integrity and grace.
1 Peter 3:1-7 This week we look at the role of husbands and wives in how they are called to help each to continue to point to Christ as a living example of the faith.
Have you ever wondered why the world is always in a mess? The whole world needs a solution to the problem of sin. We explore how the deep problem of sin and idolatry requires an even deeper solution. We take an honest look at ourselves through the lens of the Bible and show how we can be restored through the work of the servant who has died for our sins by having victory over death. Through Jesus Christ we can receive forgiveness from God and have our relationship fully restored with Him.
We look at how Christians are called to submit to human authority, in regard to the governing powers, in order to show to the world that Christ is good. Believers are called to follow Christ's example and be a reflection of His work on the cross.
We look at the cornerstone of what holds us together as believers, and why it is important to submit ourselves to God in order that the Church is built on a firm foundation of Jesus Christ.
We explore how we should mentally and spiritually engage ourselves in the hope of God’s grace toward us. Being provoked into such a reverent and determined love toward a Holy God, that goes so much to the very depth of our soul, that we want to respond in honouring and glorifying God by having a desire to be Holy as He is Holy.
We explore how Christians can have hope in trial and difficulties - while reflecting that hope of Jesus Christ to the world.
In the final part of this series we explore God's grace toward mankind, wanting us to choose Him over the world. God shows how He has always loved His people, wanting all to come to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
In the second part of our series on election and predestination, we explore if everyone's choices and future has been predetermined, and if we really have free will.
What does it mean? In the first part of our series on Election and Predestination, we explore what it means to be the elect and predetermined. We look at the grace of God, His sovereignty and how Jesus has made a way for us to choose to believe in Him.
We examine our response to the call from God. We learn how the act of conversion is our willing response to the Gospel, in which we genuinely repent of our sins and place our trust in Jesus for salvation.
We look at how the call to come to God is received by all people and understand how the message of God’s existence is one of the core building blocks in how God created us.
We look at the blessings of salvation and the order in which they occur in the life of a believer. We discover how people are introduced to the gospel, how they receive the gospel, and the heart change that occurs in those who respond positively to the gospel by placing their trust in Christ for salvation. We explore the gospel call: when sharing the gospel with others, Christians should explain the facts of salvation, invite people to respond in repentance and faith, and share God’s promise of forgiveness and eternal life.
We look at the importance of knowing the real love shown by Jesus when He came down to be God with us. We will learn that the only way to truly love others, is to know this love that God has for us through the sending of His Son.
We explore the prophecies that spoke of how Jesus would speak to people in parables, and how He would be treated when He came to die on the cross for the sins of mankind.
This week we look at the Old Testament Prophecies that spoke of the coming of Jesus Christ as a human. Born to a virgin, born in Bethlehem. We are reminded of those who had faith in God's promises above all else, even when to the world this seemed impossible.
This week we will look at the second coming of Christ - The Day of The Lord.
