In this episode, Debbie Eaton walks us through Hebrews 8–10, reminding us that Jesus is our High Priest, Perfect Sacrifice, and Mediator of a Better Covenant. She invites us to consider the depth of God’s mercy and the access we now have to His presence through Christ. As we reflect on the beauty of this new covenant, we’re called to draw near, hold fast to our faith, and live with confidence in the One who finished the work on our behalf.Support the show: https://harvest.org/donate/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
In this week’s episode, Shelley Hurley is talking about A Better Hope. In a world that feels so uncertain, financial pressures, moral decay, wars, and fear, it’s easy to feel hopeless. But as Hebrews reminds us, Jesus brings in a better hope, one that anchors our souls and keeps us from drifting when life’s waves crash hard. This hope is not found in circumstances or systems but in Christ Himself, our refuge, our guarantee of a better covenant, and the One who gives us access to draw near to God.Support the show: https://harvest.org/donate/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Trusting Jesus as Savior isn’t just about eternity it’s about how we live right now, in every season of life. Whether things are falling apart or everything seems perfect, we should always be desperate for Him. God gave us His Word not just to know it, but to be changed by it as we draw near to Him for mercy and grace each day.Support the show: https://harvest.org/donate/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Sue Mills shares from Hebrews 3:7–4:13, encouraging us to wait on God’s timing, stay in His Word, and trust His heart. His plans are good—always.Support the show: https://harvest.org/donate/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
In this episode, Christi Robillard takes us through Hebrews chapter 2, where we are warned not to neglect so great a salvation. She reminds us that spiritual drift doesn’t happen overnight — it happens when we do nothing. To stand strong, we must pay close attention to what we’ve heard and keep our hearts anchored in Christ. Don’t lose your awe of the Lord, because when awe fades, drift begins. And in times of disappointment or the unknown, the call is to pray and look to Jesus — and when you seek Him, you will see Him.Support the show: https://harvest.org/donate/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
In this episode, Tiffany Velasquez shares from Hebrews 1:1–4, reminding us that Jesus is greater than the prophets, angels, traditions, and religious systems that came before Him. She walks us through how Christ is the heir of all things, the Creator, the radiance of God’s glory, the one who sustains the universe, redeems our sins, and now reigns in majesty. At the heart of it all is the simple but life-changing truth: the whole point is Jesus.Support the show: https://harvest.org/donate/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Join Wendy this week as we wrap up our series in the Letters of John. John’s third letter is so short that it only takes five minutes to read but it gives us a master class on how to build others up, offer correction and warning, and leave them with a sense of peace. The lessons from this letter are timeless and practical reminders to live out our faith with authenticity, humility, and a heart for service.       To join a Harvest women’s small group, go to virtue.harvest.org/studies  Learn more about Virtue women’s ministry at Harvest Christian Fellowship by going to virtue.harvest.org/about/. Support the show: https://harvest.org/donate/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
John’s letters are instructions and warnings for us, but they also serve as examples how to biblically encourage our brothers and sisters in the Lord by keeping truth the main focus. This week, join Zenovia in our discussion of 2 John. While not everyone is called to teach the Word of God formally, we’re called to build one another up, stirring others to love and good works. How sweet it is to cheer each other on along the way!
John’s purpose in writing was to assure his readers that the gospel of Jesus Christ is true and they could be certain of their salvation. Our present-day culture seeks to undermine the gospel with false ideas that dilute the truth and stir us to doubt what the Bible teaches. This week, Melanie discusses six things that mark the life of a genuine believer and assure us that we truly know God.
Listen in this week as Tiffany highlights five key truths about Jesus and our identity in Him. Through Him, we are children of God. He sets us free to pursue a life of repentance and spiritual growth. He calls us to love others in our words and actions. He leads us into truth so we can navigate false teaching, staying grounded in the Word. John reminds us that as believers, we have the Holy Spirit living within us. He is greater than any power, any pressure, or any persuasion of this world. We don’t fight in our own strength. We don’t have to live afraid or timid. We can live aware, alert, and anchored in the One who have already overcome!
If we really believed that we were living in the last hour, what would we do differently? Only those who are prepared to die are really prepared to live. Join Shelley this week as we continue our study in 1 John. As children of God, we have everything we need to resist the temptations of this world and live a holy life. Let the very thought of His imminent return cause us to live completely for His glory.
Join Cathe this week as we jump into our series in the Letters of John. At the time of writing these letters, John is an old man, the last of the apostles living. He writes to believers, “so that you may know that you have eternal life” (1 John 5:13). In the coming weeks, we will find that being a Christian is more than doctrines and creeds that we memorize. God has invited us, not only to believe in a set of truths, but to experience Him and have it change your life.    To join a Harvest women’s small group, go to virtue.harvest.org/studies  Learn more about Virtue women’s ministry at Harvest Christian Fellowship by going to virtue.harvest.org/about/.Support the show: https://harvest.org/donate/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
With each I AM description, the more we know about Jesus, the more we want to know. We are drawn to Jesus because everything about Him is more satisfying than anything this world can offer! Abiding in Jesus is spiritually fruitful but it isn’t something we accomplish through sheer willpower. Listen in with Leah as we discuss how this intimate connection with Jesus and being rooted in God’s Word produces abundant life.
This week, we focus on two of the most powerful statements Jesus ever made about Himself. The account of Jesus bringing Lazarus back from death to resurrected life is so familiar, but Debbie encourages us to slow down and take it all in again. There is only one path to salvation and everlasting life, and it is found in Jesus Christ.

Our final week of study opens with dedicating the rebuilt wall and a worship celebration so joyful it could be heard miles away! The community was on fire with renewed devotion to God. But then…their covenant vows made willingly to God were willfully broken. Listen in with Trish as we consider why every generation, from new believer to seasoned saint, needs to be vigilant in guarding our faith against compromise.
When God’s Word exposes our sin, how do we respond? If we take sin lightly or make excuses, we don’t truly see how dangerous and destructive it is. While conviction of sin stings and grieves, it’s a gift of God’s grace calling us to freedom and forgiveness.  Join Melanie in exploring this part of the story as the people listen to God’s Word and recognize the gravity of their sin.
As Nehemiah continued the work of rebuilding, the opposition was unrelenting. When outward threats didn’t work, the enemy tried to discourage and disrupt the work from within. We can expect this in our walks as well.  In this podcast, Shelley traces the steps Nehemiah took to resolve the issues threatening to divide and distract God’s people. We see the importance of having a strategy to guard against the enemy and why it is vital for us to be rooted in the Word of God. As we see what a good and faithful God we serve, may the joy of the Lord be your strength!
