After moving to southern California, Vic found great success as a professional athlete in the action sports industry and as a heavy machine operator. When life felt like it couldn't get any better, a book he picked up on a whim at the grocery store, caused him to unexpectedly encounter God.
During a skate session at a local park, Lane was approached by a youth pastor who invited him to youth group, for pizza and games. Drawn in by the fun, Lane started going to church and discovered God's love and forgiveness for himself. After diving into God's word, Lane began to feel a call to love others in a whole new way, leading him serve around the world. Fear speckled Peter's childhood, which made him question what was true. As an adult, he stepped outside of the Amish tradition by looking online for answers. This led him to begin searching the scriptures, and helped him discover the answer to his most pressing question, "Can I know that I am saved?"

After expressing belief in Christ as a child, tension rose within Steven as he entered his teen years and began to wrestle with the choice to follow Christ or give in to the desires of the world. Through God's faithfulness and biblical discipleship, he discovered what it looked like to serve the Lord wholeheartedly.
Makana grew up thinking there had to be more to life than the mundane routines. His curiosity was peaked after watching a video online, and his search for more began. Growing up Amish, Dennis worried if he would make the cut and be good enough to enter heaven.
