This week we actually have two verses of the week, the first of which is Ephesians 1:7, "In Christ we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace..." Our second verse of the week is Ephesians 2:13, which says, "But now in Christ Jesus, you who once were far away have been brought near through the Blood of Christ." Today, we can come to God without any fear of being unworthy, because Jesus Who took all our sins away has made us worthy and welcomed us into God's Loving Presence! There is a broken, dying world out there that doesn't know Jesus and they need our voices, our songs, our testimonies, our stories because they need to hear the truth! The truth that Jesus loves us and came to die for us! Imagine what would happen if we used our voices to boldly declare Who Jesus is and what He did for us! I want to encourage you today to use your voice for Christ! People need to hear it and you have been giving words, and gifts, talents, abilities that will communicate how wonderful our God is! You've got something to say, just like Kate Larson, who wrote the script of "Into The Spotlight" at the age of 15, and now it is a full length feature film! She had something to say and she said it and now it is your turn to go out there and use your voice and your talents to speak life and truth to the world! Today, let's make some noise for Jesus, and use our words to speak life, truth and Grace to everyone around us! That brings me to our verse of the week which is, Proverbs chapter 10 verse 11, "The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life and his words of wisdom are a source of blessing, But the mouth of the wicked conceals violence and evil." I think we all know what it's like when dozens of different voices try to tell you who you are. The world tries to tell you one thing, friends may tell you something else, but the voice of the enemy often tries to roar the loudest. The enemy is always trying to label us! He's constantly trying to paint a negative picture of us that simply isn't true but he wants us to believe it! He tries to say things like you're ugly. You're worthless. You're addicted. You're not very smart. You're not talented. You're to this. You're too that. We have all heard that big-mouth, the devil, try to label us with his lies! But they aren't true! The bible says lying is the devil's language! He doesn't know how to tell the truth, nor could he if he tried! You may thinking, "But I feel ugly. I feel worthless." Some of you may actually be addicted to something but I want you to know those labels still don't define you!! God says, "You're a righteous new creation!" God says, "You're my child!" God says, "You are altogether lovely and there is no flaw in you! You are precious and honored in my sight! You are strong and courageous! You are eternally loved! You are redeemed from the power of the enemy!" These are the labels we need to believe! God's labels! Because what God says is truth! Joanna Lower here and I'd like to welcome you to The Wake Up Call! You all it has been an incredibly blessed few weeks! Just last week I attended the 2023 Content Film Festival and Media Summit in beautiful Weatherford, Texas and let me tell God did amazing things! Miracles, healings, fellowship, divine appointments, and many new friendships, it was incredible. Hence, today I wanted to share some amazing testimonies to encourage you in your journey but I also have a couple of songs that spoke to me all week long! God is so good and He wants to take you on a beautiful, wild adventure full of his Love and Grace! That's what this past week at Content was like and I want you to be encouraged that God has amazing plans for you too! Keep dreaming, keep believing His Word, and lean into the Lord as His plans and purposes manifest before you! Praise God! Our verse of the week is Jeremiah 29:11, "'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future!'"

He will open the doors that need to be opened, He will guide you through the dark times, He will help you in your moments of weakness, and He will love you every step of the way!
