Guests on our show have included Andrew Lincoln (Rick), Norman Reedus (Daryl), Steven Yeun (Glenn), Danai Gurira (Michonne), Scott Wilson (Hershel), Lauren Cohan (Maggie), Chandler Riggs (Carl), Chad L. Coleman (Tyreese), Sarah Wayne Callies (Lori), Laurie Holden (Andrea), writer/creator Robert Kirkman, special effects guru Greg Nicotero, and showrunner Angela Kang.

All said and done, feelings were mixed about The Ones Who Live, often from the same person, which made for some interesting feedback. More of you than ever wanted to talk about it (which is awesome) so we’re splitting the feedback up into two parts. Here’s part 1 with special guests Jenny and Randy from the Welcome to the Apocalypse podcast.Next up: Part 2 of listener feedback for TWD: The Ones Who Live E6 “The Last Time”. As is the way with TWD sometimes, this episode made us care a little more about a character before killing her off! A fitting end though, and some great nostalgia in this ep with the return of Gabriel, and some wonderful lightness with Rick and Michonne pretty much on a post-apocalyptic honeymoon. :)Next up: Listener feedback for TWD: The Ones Who Live S1E5 “Become”. Wow, what an outstanding episode Danai Gurira wrote, and also brilliantly performed with Andrew Lincoln. Intimate, emotional, surprising, and triumphant. Lucy and I both loved it were looking forward to podcasting about it the moment we saw it. Wow, we did not see that coming. As Lucy said, Rick is a dick. :) We had somewhat different takes on what he did though, and hope you enjoy the discussion. Are you in the Boston area? Great round of feedback from you guys for the premiere of The Ones Who Live! Most of you liked it and had a lot of interesting comments, questions, and theories, and the ones of you who didn’t like it much had some thoughtful things to say about it. As always, these feedback episodes really help us see the show in a new light and appreciate it more, and honestly they’re just a lot of fun. Ricky-dicky-doo-da is back! As bleak as this episode was (and it was seriously bleak), it was such a joy to see Rick and Michonne on our screens again. This ep had a lot going on and we hope you guys enjoy our breakdown. If you guys are like us, you can’t help but be excited for the return of Michonne and Rick freaking Grimes! We spend this episode getting ready for the new show by going over some of the things we especially love about these two characters, and also we catch you up quickly on everything you need to know plot-wise to be ready for The Ones Who Live. Never got around to watching World Beyond? We got you covered :)Next up: The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live S1E1 “Years”. It’s the classic 1985 zombie comedy, The Return of the Living Dead, the first movie where the zombies said “Braaaiiiinnnns!” And it’s also the return of Karen! I can’t believe Karen and I never covered this one before. It was a blast to talk it through with her and Lucy, and to just kind of let the conversation go wherever it wanted. Hope you enjoy :)After this we’re getting ready for TWD: The Ones Who Live, and as always, we’d love to hear what you guys think. Man, these episodes take on a new flavor when you’ve spent a lot of time with the characters and know how things turn out. I won’t spoil the whole podcast, but I (Jason) always thought Daryl’s Cherokee Rose speech was cheesy, and now I just think it’s really sweet. An iconic episode of The Walking Dead this week, maybe the first big “holy shit” moment, and a turning point for the series and definitely for Shane. What do you think? Was Shane right or wrong? Lucy and Jason are joined by Karen Shih to talk it through. As always, we want your feedback (and zombie sounds) as we go back through The Walking Dead. I disagree that Daryl is torn. I mean yeah he's going to have to save the kid but he made his decision and he went for the boat.

just sharing that, as a person of faith, I found it fascinating to learn other perspectives. I was not offended at all, many people who live a life of faith can respect other's belief systems. The entire story line of Gabriel is interesting. I loved the story line of Hershel (sr.) and his faith, and how much Maggie has changed as she started having at least some faith. Remembering back to the "She taught me to love" conversation with her dad at the farm.

I'm 42; I wonder how many people younger than me remember Red Rover. I remember playing it in 3rd grade and then it was banned from my playground in the 4th grade because too many kids were getting hurt. 🤷🏻‍♀️

After the Hershal convo Rick is pushed up on the horse by a hand. It's not covered in blood. It's a helping hand. I wonder if it was imagined by Rick.
