Description

In 2016, Christian Ruvalcaba, Cody Hall, and Brian Perez started recording themselves talking and the rest was history. Their hour-ish long podcast, known as “The Wanger Show”, quickly became and continues to be the #1 podcast (according to us) on the Schmoes Know iTunes feed. Their popularity has skyrocketed but their egos have been kept in check. Well, except for Brian. That guy’s out of control. Together, the guys continued to collaborate on various short films and sketches while remaining the BEST of friends. Maybe not the best of friends. They’re friends. Well, they’re more acquaintances.

WE HAAAAVE BEEN maybe possibly perhaps CHAAAAAANGGGEEEEDDD....FOR...good. Howdy! Welcome back to the show. TONIGHT, Wicked came back down from their bubble, Doug. Cody bought a really expensive drink at AMC to watch it. Pluribus and The Creep Tapes are trucking along, but I think only one of us is fully caught up there. Cody is finally back from his two weeks of AirBnb chaos (he's also a piano guy now). We have a game or two prepped as usual. Gonna be a fun program tonight.
Hey! Welcome back to our dumb show. TONIGHT, the movies are back. Television is back. We're back but we're also always here so that's not as important. But we watched Frankenstein and we have thoughts. We watched Predator Badlands and we have thoughts. We watched Pluribus and more than anything we're glad to have Vince Gilligan soundbites again. We're gonna have a fun one tonight.
Hello! Welcome back to our show! TONIGHT, it's Godzilla Day, and that's definitely a holiday we were all totally super familiar with already, correct? Okay great. The Dodgers also won the World Series. Again. Cody watched the whole series. Again. Halloween happened and so did a WAR in the comments section of our Halloween rankings TikTok. Many things happened! Come hang out with us.
Hey! Welcome back to our show! TONIGHT, it's Halloween. Well, almost. Not really. It's in a few days. But this is our last show until Halloween so we're just gonna say it's Halloween. What do we have in store tonight? I do not know. I think we have a couple of games. They may or may not be spooky themed. Let's see, what else? Cody had a nervous breakdown over a beeping smoke alarm, we watched a few motion pictures, we hit 10K followers on the 'Tok, and it's time to put an end to Sunday weddings.
Good afternoon! Or evening! Or whatever time of the day it is that you're reading this. Welcome back to the pod. TONIGHT (or this morning. Again, whatever you feel is right), Christian returns from his Hawaiian adventure, Cody returns from his San Bernardino Country adventure, the Dodgers are gonna win another damn World Series, people got mad at us and said a samurai game was made by Antifa, Pokemon is back and more expensive than ever, and we might even have a game to play. It's gonna be a good show, folks.
Hey! Welcome back to the show! TONIGHT, there's a new video game out. Cody plays like 3 of these every year so this is a big deal. Ghost of Yotei released and we're having a good time with it. Naturally the angry people are angry. We also saw Good Boy. Christian's dog hated it. Cody's cat loved it. There was a bevy of sports this weekend. Taylor Swift also released a movie that confused us all. It's also episode 420 so we're going to be very high.
Hello there. Welcome back to the program. TONIGHT, da movies are BACK. One Battle After Another came out and way too many people are taking about box office and budgets. We'll talk about that (fricken awesome) movie, Alien: Earth also ended, the US sucks at golf now, there's a Wolverine game coming out in like 12 years, and Bad Bunny's playing the Super Bowl halftime show. Poor Kid Rock.
Hey everybody! Look, things are weird. Everyone's pissed off. People are pretending to know how ratings for late night talk shows are measured. The rapture is happening tomorrow. Our President's hand is falling off. The Buccaneers are 3-0 and NO ONE seems to want to talk about that. I mentioned the freaking RAPTURE in this description and it didn't even get top billing. It's all weird right now, and we don't know what the hell to talk about. But we're here. So are you. Let's have a fun program tonight and try to laugh about things again.
Hey! Welcome back to our show. TONIGHT, we have stuff to talk about. I think. This past week wasn't crazy at all, right? In other news, the Emmys were last night, there were movies that we watched and movies that we didn't, and the Buccaneers are playing a football game right before this episode goes live so if Cody's happy or pissed off, you'll know why.
Hi! It's a new week here at the Wanger Show and we are TIRED. But fear not! Last night was another epic installment of Wangers Karaoke and the gang's all here to recap everything. This is always one of our favorite episodes to do each year and we're glad to have you with us! Watch this year's Wangers Karaoke here: https://youtube.com/live/TpjpXb-tcSc?feature=share
