Description

In 2016, Christian Ruvalcaba, Cody Hall, and Brian Perez started recording themselves talking and the rest was history. Their hour-ish long podcast, known as “The Wanger Show”, quickly became and continues to be the #1 podcast (according to us) on the Schmoes Know iTunes feed. Their popularity has skyrocketed but their egos have been kept in check. Well, except for Brian. That guy’s out of control. Together, the guys continued to collaborate on various short films and sketches while remaining the BEST of friends. Maybe not the best of friends. They’re friends. Well, they’re more acquaintances. Howdy. We're back again. TONIGHT, our pal Alex is back. There was a movie about tennis that came out this past weekend and WE HAVE THOUGHTS. So we'll talk about that. Christian wanted Cody to start playing Fallout but instead he paid 70 bucks for a different game. The Lakers are probably gonna get eliminated tonight so we'll periodically check in there again. Cody also has a SCORCHING HOT TAKE about something and he'd like to share with the class. Please don't cancel him for it. Hello there! Welcome back to another episode of the podcast. TONIGHT, we're back. Taylor Swift is back. We know absolutely nothing about her music but we're gonna talk about it because it's the thing that people are talking about. The NBA playoffs are in full swing and the Lakers are stuck dealing with the Nuggets again. Abigail was a movie that I think we both saw. Cody's debating buying an expensive guitar. He also fell asleep while watching something again. Christian also did stuff this weekend but Cody didn't check with him before writing this description so we're gonna keep his latest updates mysterious... --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thewangershow/support
Welcome back to the show everybody! TONIGHT, Christian is back from CinemaCon in Vegas. Our pal RB3 is back from CinemaCon in Vegas. Cody is back from going to Vons instead of Stater Bros for groceries. It was a wild week for us all. While we were out, EVERYTHING happened. Movies! Trailers! OJ dying! Let's talk about stuff. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thewangershow/support
Hello! It's us! Again! Welcome back to the program. TONIGHT, Cody and Christian are back from another filming trip in the desert. More on that...eventually. Godzilla & Kong are back from fighting each other and fighting with each other while they fight...others. We'll talk about that movie. Sum 41 released their final album, causing Cody to look back at their career while simultaneously coming to terms with the concept of time and aging and all that existential good stuff. The Angels got crushed this weekend but that's okay because Ohtani had the opportunity to win a game for the Dodgers in extra innings and FAILED! --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thewangershow/support
Welcome back to another episode of The Wanger Show! TONIGHT, Ken Napzok returns and we are talking GAMBLING. What's the over/under on tonight's runtime? 120.5 minutes? Should we get a parlay going? How's this sound? First, Cody needs to hit the wrong soundbite. Then, one of us needs to leave at some point to go to the bathroom. Finally, if Ken and Christian bring up a serious world news topic and Cody goes silent then we're BRINGING IT ALL HOME, FAM. Anyway, what do we think about this Shoehi stuff? --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thewangershow/support

Hey everybody! Welcome back to our silly program. TONIGHT, the Oscars just aired and as far as we know, there weren't any catastrophic incidents that derailed the show. Nobody got slapped, nobody read out the wrong movie, Pacino was kinda doing his own thing at the end there but we'll get to that. It was a good show! So naturally we're going to give you a show tonight that's probably not as good but we'll probably laugh along the way. Our pal RB3 returns tonight and -- you're not gonna believe this. But Brian is here as well. That's two out of the last three weeks, people. Is Brian hashtag BACK?? --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thewangershow/support
Hey. What's going on? You good? How's the fam? That's great. Hey, welcome back to another episode of the show! TONIGHT, it's getting a little sandy because Dune 2 or Dune Part Two or Dune Chapter Two or the Dune Saga: The Second Installment, whatever it's called, came out this past weekend! We all saw it. Not together. We all saw is separately. At different times. Probably alone. I mean, I had a guy sitting next to me who was snoring the entire time, but we might talk about that on the program. We're also joined tonight by our buddy Adam! He loves a good Villeneuve joint so we definitely had to bring him back to discuss this one. We'll also laugh along the way. I don't know if you're gonna laugh along the way, but if you do, let us know. Leave a good "LOL" or "Hey, that was funny!" We're very insecure, you see. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thewangershow/support
Hello! Again! You're back! Again! We're back! Again! Our buddy Matt Knost is also back. Again! Brian is also back! Maybe! I don't actually know if that last part is confirmed yet but for the sake of consistency, he's back! Again! Welcome back to the show, everybody. As we said, Knost is here again so we're gonna have some fun. He'll probably make fun of us for stuff. We'll take it personally and assume he doesn't like us. We also might talk about important issues like the MLB players having their goods exposed through their pants. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thewangershow/support
Hello there! How's your Monday going? Good? Terrible? Could be worse? Either way, we're glad you're here. On tonight's program, we need to talk about this Madame Web thing. It was a thing that happened. People saw it. People have thoughts. We both saw it. We both have thoughts. I don't know if you saw it or not. I don't know if you have thoughts. But it's a movie that has eyeballs and thoughts attached to it, so we're gonna talk about it! We'll probably laugh along the way. Hopefully you do too.
