I love your information and insights! unfortunately I get very distracted by the 'umms and likes' (often can't finish an epi or refer it to collages bc of it).. I had the same issue in my profession. listening to Obama and the INSANELY long pauses that felt weird to take myself and yet felt wonderful to listen to really helped me break that nervous need to make sound... you're obviously very intelligent and I hope u find the coaching (or editing) to make your casts sharable.
