LesTalk Radio host Chelley invited us on her show to discuss a few topics and introduce ourselves to her audience. We met via the internet in October while we still lived in Houston. We moved to LA and finally got a chance to meet in person. Chelley is all about community like we are and we had a blast recording. Thank you to the HoodxHolistic Gang for the support! We've officially made it to 1 YEAR!!!!!!!!!
In this episode we dive into what's going on in this new age of marriage, relationships and social media. We share how we even came to getting married and why it was more important for us to like and love each other than it was to date to marry. As always thank you all for the support! It's greatly appreciated.

In this episode we break down different types of childhood trauma that may have an affect on our relationships. Many times we don't know that it is affecting us until it's too late and we've lost who we can become in the very things that could destroy us. We are always in healing mode. Don't feel bad for taking care of yourself first. Unpack, organize, and put away. As always, thank you for your constant support. PEACE & LOVE

In this episode we get into whether or not it's ok to cross the friendship line when it comes to sex. It was shocking to find out so many people have casual sex with friends so we had to discuss it. Who knew so many people sneak and freak their friends. This is a no judgement zone! As always thank you for the support!

In this episode we break down the meaning of pride and shed light on the pioneers who paved the way for it to be possible. Your sense of self can be seen as a threat to people who are unsure, don't conform to the pressure of society. As always thanks for the support.
XO,
Ash & Cort
In this episode we discuss a viral video in which a woman is saying only 11% of women having sex with penetration are having orgasms. This can be shocking and not surprising at the same time because many of us were introduced to sex through porn and think that it’s real life, when in actuality sex is 80% mental. Intimacy may just be the missing link and we share how you can get back on track with your partner or set a standard for your “goods and services”. As always thank you for the support.

In this episode we discuss the “B” in LGBTQ and the double standards that exist between studs and fems. Feminine women can get a pass but studs can not be bisexual. Why? Let’s discuss. One thing about living your truth, no one has the license to question it, it belongs to you. As always thank you for the support.
Xo,

In this episode we discuss having an ex as a friend and what that can mean for a new relationship. Things can get weird for the new boo with the ex still in the picture but does that signify insecurity because they don't accept it? On this episode we go into the importance of maintaining your cool while sharing your art. People copy. It happens but it's important to remember that no one can copy your spirit. What's meant for you is meant for you.

In this episode we discuss whether sex on the first night is a bad thing or could it symbolize something more. We also discuss why having boundaries or lack there of can set the tone for a sexual relationship. In this episode we explain why we feel love is a freeing experience. So many times we look at love as a ball and chain type of relationship where someone is controlling someone else and it’s quite the opposite for us. It’s so important to not lose yourself in a person and maintain your individuality while in a relationship. This allows you to not get caught in the limbo of “who am I” should a split occur. As always, thank you for the continued support and love of HoodxHolistic.

These two discussed how they went from playfully dating while in relationships to married and building an empire. In this very transparent episode they explain why they felt a deeper connection with each other. We indulge in some “toy talk”, threesomes and what it means to be fluid. We both enjoyed this episode. In this episode we break down the meaning of intersectionality and how it relates to those like us. We feel like the concept and understanding is important to navigate through in order for our society to move forward socially. Many times we watch things occur in real time and can’t have productive conversations because many are comfortable living in their own bubble, making it easy to pass judgement and lack compassion. We jumped over the 10K listens mark last week and we appreciate every one who is tuned in to ANOTHER ONE! Thanks so much for support.

In this episode we discuss our ongoing debate of "is sex better with love"? Since we’ve met we’ve had this debate. Ash thinks that love love makes sex better and Cort felt strongly about sex and love being separate but after nearly 8 years she admits, love makes sex better! We also discuss the sacral chakra and what’s needed to open it and help usher in emotional and sexual energy. Please be sure to subscribe to us on your favorite listening platforms as well tell a friend about us! Thank you again for tuning in.
In the final episode of the series we get the perspective of someone who struggled with monogamy and found that while polyamory is a more fitting way of life, there are also struggles that occur. This concludes our series on monogamy and polyamory. We hope that we've offered as much insight as gained. Thanks for the continued support.
Our listeners have spoken and HoodxHolistic has a response. How we met and polyamory are the most requested topic for our podcast. This is part 1 of a 3 part series in which we discuss our “love” story as well as the topic of polyamory. Cort questions if we’re all poly and have no idea. What’s interesting is, the more we discuss the idea of polyamory, we realize how rare and unnatural monogamy may actually be. We’ll let the listeners decide. As always thanks for tuning in as well as the ongoing support.
