Fr Stephen also explains what a soul is. it is not separate from our body. Without the body, a human is not a soul.
Includes a good explanation of how people end up rejecting the Bible and Christianity or how people do all sorts of gymnastics to prove their perception of the Bible. Both results are a result of not having a good understanding of how to read the Bible. Additionally, Fr Stephen gives pointers on how to read the Bible and highlights the elements that have led to today's modern, and thus mistaken method, of reading and interpreting the Bible.
Minute 20ish and on is an excellent exposition of the through line that connects the celebration of the Eucharist today to the temple practices of Judaism.

Sinai.
Pay attention to his comments re the how and why of becoming Orthodox (starting around min 30?). The gist is, it's not a "personal decision" as we moderns understand most of our life decisions.
