Store your champagne around 42-45F so that you can serve it between 45-50F (6-8C). Glassware is important! If you don't have a tulip glass, use a white wine glass. Coupes and Flutes are not the best glass when enjoying Champagne. Champagne pairs well with almost any food! Don't age your wine - it's already at the perfect age. Be careful when opening your wine that the cork doesn't explode and hurt you or someone else. When shopping, plan to spend at least $60-$70+ and decide what sweetness level you want and if you are looking to try a larger house or a small grower/ producer.
