Ha ha no but for real, we’ve definitely said that before). “Good 4 U” served all the nostalgic punk rock Paramore vibes we didn’t know we were craving and we’re beyond ready for her album to drop this week (16:06-26:39).Next: to nobody’s surprise, it was announced last week that season 19 of The Ellen DeGeneres Show will be the last. Ellen’s really out here trying to act like it’s ending because she’s “not being challenged enough,” and not at all because of the steep decline in ratings and toxic work environment. Regardless, we talk about how we still have a soft spot in our hearts for Ellen (26:47-37:59).Finally: Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick are engaged and, to be fully transparent, we mostly just talk about the ring AKA rock AKA absolute boulder. We’re down for the show, but we’re unfortunately not down to pay for yet another streaming service (we’re looking at you, Paramount Plus). We talk about “Your Power,” the music video, and her documentary on Apple TV+.
