Communication 💔😞

Communication 💔😞

2020-05-1405:14

Connection: We all crave it. We seek it through family and friends, but often our intimate relationships are where we expect to find the most connection. When we don’t, we feel isolated and misunderstood. We let these negative emotions lead to arguments – or worse, we stop communicating at all. Communication in relationships is essential to having a happy, healthy partnership. And it isn’t about making small talk. Asking your partner how their day went is nice, but if you want an extraordinary relationship, you must dig deeper. Learning how to communicate in a relationship is about fulfilling your partner’s needs. To improve communication in your relationship, you must discover how to listen, not how to talk.
Many people feel jealous and insecure in their relationships, even if they are loved unconditionally by their partner. Whether you’re in a relatively new relationship or a decades-long marriage, here’s how to ward off romantic insecurities. If your partner feels insecure, it’s because they haven’t dealt with whatever is putting them in a negative state. This could be that their needs aren’t being met by your relationship, or it could have to do with something outside your union, like their own lack of self-confidence or fear of the unknown. The best thing you can do is effectively communicate with your partner. How does your partner communicate? What’s their communication style? You can talk things over repeatedly, but unless you’re truly connecting with your partner on their level, it will be challenging to resolve lingering issues. The good news is, you and your partner can work to overcome romantic insecurities. It will take time, effective communication and the desire to improve your relationship, but it can be done. follow me on Instagram@ipress74 #Love #Commitment #trust #relationshipquotes #relationshipmemes #relationshipgoals❤️ #ipress74

Constant conflict, chronic disrespect, and serious betrayals get a lot of air time when we’re talking about bad relationships. It’s easy to understand that relationships fail when conflict is unrelenting. Some partners avoid conflict because they think they’re keeping the peace. They tell themselves that whatever is bothering them isn’t worth bringing up. It’s no big deal. The unspoken issues and irritants add up until the tension will hit a breaking point. Eventually, partners explode, or worse, shut down. They try to speak up, but by that point, it’s often too late. They don’t have any gas left in the tank to fight for the relationship. follow me on Instagram @ipress74 #Love #Commitment #trust #relationshipquotes #relationshipmemes #relationshipgoals❤️ #ipress74
