Coaching is so much more than winning and losing. It is easy for us to lose sight of what's really important and define ourselves and others based on what the scoreboard displays. From the youth level to college, Coaches are educators who help to shape and empower our next generation of leaders.
It's also paramount for coaches to recognize and expand their capacity to create and operate in their gifts in and around coaching.

With over two decades of experience, Coach Kyle Adams shares the perspective and journey of coaches and influencers committed to providing student-athletes with transformational experiences in preparation for life when the ball stops bouncing.
