Lucy and Shauna unpack a recurring dream that so many of us secretly know, turning up somewhere important without shoes, or being late and terrified of getting in trouble. Our dreamer has had this dream since high school: she shows up to school or work barefoot or in slippers, or arrives late and spirals into panic instead of simply calling ahead. Together, Lucy and Shauna explore what these dream motifs might mean, through a therapeutic, symbolic, and body-based lens.

What happens when you pack up your life, your family, and hit the road with a van, chasing freedom instead of the clock?
In this episode, I chat with Amanda Kate, a therapist and coach who’s doing exactly that travelling Australia with her family, learning what it really means to live differently.
We unpack the 8 life-changing lessons she’s discovered from life on the road lessons that might just make you question the hamster wheel you’ve been running on.
If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking “is this really it?”, this episode will open your heart and remind you: it can be done differently.
Here’s what we dive into:
🕰 Time is fake news how slowing down reveals what actually matters.
⚡ Urgency addiction is real and how to detox from it.
💗 Good can feel unsafe why peace can feel weird when you’re used to chaos.
🎧 Overstimulation is a daily hazard finding quiet in a noisy world.
🌿 Flex is the new success freedom over perfection.
🌀 Ditching ‘normal’ cracks you open stepping out of the mould and into truth.
🧳 Pack down + pattern interrupt the power of simplifying and letting go.
😊 Happiness is simple AF why joy doesn’t have to be complicated.
This one will make you laugh, reflect, and maybe question everything you thought was “just the way life is.”
Tune in wherever you get your podcasts and get ready to find your own version of “different.”
In this episode, I sit down with therapist and yoga teacher Jean Dixon, who specialises in supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSPs).
Jean shares her personal and professional understanding of sensitivity, how it’s not something to fix, but a trait to honour. We explore how yoga has helped her navigate and embrace her sensitivity, creating more balance and presence in her everyday life.
Together we talk about:- How it is living as a Highly Sensitive Person- How yoga and somatic practices can help build a container for all your big feels.- Why sensitivity is beautiful and not a flaw.- Simple shifts that can help HSPs thrive in a fast, noisy world
This one’s for anyone who’s ever felt too much, and is ready to see their sensitivity as the gift it truly is.

In this episode, I sit down with a Karina Gutierrez, a beautiful feminine embodiment coach to talk about why feminine embodiment isn’t just a practice, it’s a revolution.
We dive into:
Why the world is crying out for the feminine right now.
How living in overdrive and burnout has become the “norm” and why we can’t sustain it.
The truth about how women have been taught to meet the masculine with more masculine, creating competition instead of polarity.
The power of nourishing our feminine, reclaiming slowness, and letting it be the starting point of change. This conversation will land for you if you’ve ever felt tired of pushing, proving, or hustling and you’re ready to come home to your body, your softness, and your strength.

In this episode I sit down with my Human Design bestie, Bec Carey, to dive deep into the mysteries of the Spleen Centre. Bec brings the perspective of a defined spleen, while I share from my experience of being undefined, and together we open up a powerful conversation about health, intuition, safety, and risk.
We explore:
How defined spleens can be less in tune with their health, while undefined spleens are hyper-aware of it. The difference between splenic intuition (that quiet knowing) and sacral response (that fire and turn-on).
Why it’s not about listening to words, but reading energy, because energy never lies.
Risk-taking tendencies of the undefined spleen, and the lessons that only arrive when boundaries get pushed too far.
How to check in with your body to feel what’s truly right for you.
If you have an undefined spleen, don’t miss the chance to download my Undefined Spleen Hypnosis Audio designed to bring you back to balance, focussing on wellbeing.

If there’s no spark, there’s no match. Real love will break you apart and put you back together, but only if you’re willing to do the work. In this episode, I talk about conscious coupling, polarity, triggers, and the power of heart-led living in relationships.
In this episode, I share the simple yet powerful practice that changed everything for me: bookending my day with myself.
We dive into why so many women end up drained and resentful from giving on empty, and how creating strong boundaries and starting and ending your day with self-care, reflection, and connection sets you up for freedom, spaciousness, and clarity.
This is the beginning of true transformation and it’s exactly what we practice inside the Heart Cave.
Listen in, and if your soul is stirring, come join us Here in the Heart Cave.

In this episode, I chat with Lois Spence about the tender transition of midlife, when our children grow, leave home, and begin carving their own paths. We explore the heartbreak and identity shifts this brings for us as mothers, the space that suddenly opens in our lives, and the question of who we are beyond motherhood. Lois shares her wisdom on how to navigate this season with grace, self-discovery, and courage, turning the ache of change into an invitation to rediscover yourself.

In this episode of our Dreamwork Podcast, Shauna and I explore the dream of a house that looks appealing and modest from the outside… but inside, the foundations are falling apart.
In the kitchen, two partners are cooking as if nothing is wrong. We dive into the symbolism of houses as the self, the tension between façades and unstable foundations, and what it means when others seem to ignore the collapse around us. This dream opens the door to big questions of attachment bonds, relationship wounds, inner child work and repeating old patterns.
If you would like Shauna and I to discuss your dream, We would love to. Use this form to share your dream with us: https://forms.gle/8L56BuMMniqmMsip8

In this episode, Bec and I dive deep into the Root Centre in Human Design, the centre of pressure, adrenaline, and movement.
Bec has her Root defined, while mine is undefined, so you’ll hear us explore both sides of this energy and how it shows up in our lives.
We talk about:
- The pressure I feel to move fast and “do, do, do” when I’m around defined roots
- The art (and necessity) of slowing down, settling, and relaxing with an undefined root
- The grounded, solid presence of defined root people (you can even hear it in the way they walk!)
- How those of us with undefined roots can feel lighter, floatier, and sometimes unsettled in comparison
- The beauty of noticing your family’s “root energy” and how it impacts the household vibe
This conversation is all about learning to honour your natural rhythm instead of forcing yourself into someone else’s pace. Want to take this deeper? I’ve created a special Root Centre Hypnosis Download to help you settle, release pressure, and find your rhythm. You can grab it here: https://tr.ee/a0OMvKSVN9
It's normal for today's person to be chasing the next thing, more money, the right body, the perfect relationship, thinking then you’ll finally feel enough.
In this episode, we unpack the dangerous illusion of "arrival" and how placing your desires above yourself keeps you stuck. It’s time to reclaim your power, clean your energy, and come back home to you. This one’s for the part of you that’s tired of waiting to feel whole.
You have arrived lady! You are here. You have it all within your right now.

In today’s episode, Bec and I, two emotional generators sat down to record a podcast... without the usual sacral spark. No high vibes. No fire blazing. Just two women showing up honestly because we love Human Design and we love this space.
This chat is your reminder that:
The sacral isn’t always on fire (and that’s okay)
You can still show up, even when you're not buzzing with energy
Not everything worth doing needs to come from a full tank
Being human means honouring your rhythms, not overriding them
We hope this episode feels like a permission slip to be real. To be tender. To be in a dip and still be aligned.
So if your energy’s a little low too come sit with us in it. You’re not broken. You’re just in a wave.
Let us know if this landed, or if you had a sacral snooze halfway through (we’ll understand)

Your pain is not something to fix, but something to walk with? In this gentle, soulful conversation, two counsellors, Lucy and Skye sit together in the rawness of life’s hardest moments and explore how we honour what we’re going through.
We talk about grief, change, growth, and the beautiful complexities of being human. Skye shares her reverence for each client’s inner wisdom the truth that we already carry what we need, even in our most vulnerable seasons. Together, we reflect on how our pain shifts over time, inviting us into deeper layers of ourselves.
This episode is an offering to anyone who feels like they’re holding something heavy. We don’t promise quick fixes we promise presence. Because when pain is honoured, it softens. When struggle is witnessed, it can breathe. And when we walk with what hurts instead of pushing it away, we get to live a life not just despite it… but because of it.
We speak to: 🌿 Navigating grief, pain, and emotional growth 🌿 Meeting yourself with compassion through every stage 🌿 Carrying pain lightly not by denying it, but by making space for it 🌿 How presence, connection, and shared humanity help us keep going
This is for the tender-hearted, the weary, the ones doing their best to stay open in a world that hurts sometimes. We’re right there with you.

In this dreamy episode, I sit down with my dear friend and dreamwork therapist Shauna to explore how we can actually connect with our dreams — beyond just writing them down. We talk about what to do once you've had the trippy dream, where to begin, and how even a few standout images can guide deep healing. Shauna also shares a beautiful process for working with dream images on your own, using the body as a compass.

Don’t fight the feelings, learn to ride the wave instead.
We had a plan for this episode. But emotions had other ideas. We were meant to be talking about the Spleen... Instead, Bec and I got completely swept up in our waves and landed, unsurprisingly, at the Solar Plexus.
Because that’s what it’s like being an emotional authority. Some days you’re floating on your back with the sun kissing your face. Other days, you’re getting sand rash on your cheeks and wondering if you’ll ever breathe again.
Both Bec and I have our Solar Plexus defined, and this conversation is a deep, honest, and slightly hilarious unpacking of what it’s like to ride the emotional wave while navigating life, relationships, clarity, and recovery time.
Yes, emotional hangovers are real. Yes, sometimes we want to speed it up and get over it. But clarity, as we’ve learned, doesn’t live in the urgency. It lives in the pause. The bottom of the wave. The muddy middle.
Bec also referenced a brilliant resource:“Solar Plexus Center in Human Design” from Human Archetypes—definitely worth checking out if you want to go deeper.
This one’s for the feelers. For the ones who’ve tried to numb it, rush it, override it... And are finally ready to accept their emotional authority.
We’d love to hear from you, whether your Solar Plexus is defined or undefined, what has your wave taught you? DM us or drop us a voice note. We’re in this sea together.
