Description

A podcast about the cosmic confusion that is my life. Chat with me about the trials and lessons that I experienced and still experience during the awakening process. Initially, the podcast was meant to discuss challenges that develop in divine counterparts. However, there are so many additional elements that impact those relationships, to not discuss those would be providing an incomplete experience.

So chill and set back and listen to the lessons and many times circus that is my life.

This isn’t the episode I planned—but it’s the one I needed.I’ve been quiet the past couple of weeks, not because I didn’t have anything to say, but because old demons came knocking again. While creating space for others to heal, I realized there were parts of my own story still asking to be witnessed. This episode is a reflection on what happens when the healing work we pour into others starts stirring the places in us we thought were settled. It’s about what happens when you’re the one people come to—and you start to feel the weight of what you thought you already overcame.I share this not as an expert, but as someone who’s in it with you. Because sometimes, the trauma follows you home. Sometimes, being a healer means reopening what’s still tender. And sometimes, the most faithful thing you can do is pause and let God search your heart again.Psalm 139:23–24:“Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.”Proverbs 4:23:“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
What do you do when healing doesn’t feel like healing? When the tears still come, the memories still sting, and peace still feels out of reach? In this episode of Radical Release, we talk about the slower, less-glamorous side of recovery—when the journey takes longer than expected and doesn’t look like the freedom you imagined. You’ll be reminded that your progress isn’t invalid just because it’s quiet. Healing often starts beneath the surface—where the roots grow deep before the bloom. Through biblical truth, soul-deep reflection, and affirming practices, you’ll be guided to stop judging your healing by speed and start honoring the strength it’s producing. This one is for every listener who’s tempted to quit because it doesn’t “look” like it’s working.Stay the course. You’re not behind. You’re becoming.Take your spiritual gift assessment here! 📖 Key Scripture:Romans 8:25 – “But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.”📝 Reflection Questions:What expectations did I have about healing that didn’t come true? How have I grown in ways I haven’t acknowledged? What would it look like to embrace this stage of healing as purposeful?📓 Journal Prompt:“God, I release my need for healing to be fast, pretty, or obvious. Show me what You’re doing beneath the surface. Teach me to honor this slow becoming.”🕊️ Affirmation:My healing is not a race. It is a journey. Even if I can’t see it, God is still working. I trust the pace of grace.#RadicalRelease #ChristianHealing #FaithAndTrauma #SlowHealing #SpiritualGrowth #Refocus #HealingJourney #TrustGodsTiming #MentalHealthAndFaith #PodcastForWomen #FaithPodcast #SoulCare
In this episode of Radical Release, we confront the hard truth that sometimes healing doesn’t look how we imagined it. Whether you’ve returned to an old habit, lost your momentum, or hit a wall emotionally, you’re not alone, and you’re not starting over. We’ll explore how to refocus after a setback, discern the deeper lessons, and release shame that tries to convince you that you’ve failed. Healing is not linear, and realignment is always possible with grace. You’ll learn:Why relapse or regression doesn’t erase your growthHow to anchor yourself in your why when progress slows downWhat scripture says about restoration after a fallKey Verse:Psalm 51:12 – “Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.”Reflection Questions:What set you back recently? Can you identify what triggered it?What does “starting again” look like when you remove shame from the process?Where is God inviting you to realign, not restart?Journal Prompt:“God, help me release the fear that I’ve ruined my healing. Remind me that you never left, and I don’t have to begin again—just come back to you.”Affirmation:My healing is still valid. I realign with grace. I continue forward with God.
You’ve been praised for how strong you are… but have you ever wondered why you’re always functioning in survival mode? This episode of Radical Release is a healing invitation to reframe what peace means in your life. For many of us, chaos has become so familiar, we don’t know how to trust stillness. Whether it shows up as busyness, hyper-independence, or emotional overcommitment—chaos has trained you to hustle, not to heal. But Isaiah 26:3 reminds us:“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.”If calm has ever felt suspicious…If you’ve struggled to receive rest without guilt…This episode is for you.Where in my life have I normalized chaos and called it strength? What parts of my hyper-independence are rooted in fear of being disappointed, rejected, or forgotten? How would my life look if I made decisions from peace instead of constantly chasing it?“God, I surrender my addiction to chaos. I no longer want to be energized by survival. Teach me how to receive peace as a way of life. Help me trust stillness. Help me welcome calm without fear. And help me unlearn the need to prove my strength through exhaustion.”Peace is my birthright, not my reward.I release the addiction to chaos.I am safe, even when I slow down.God is with me in the stillness—and I will not sabotage the softness He’s sending me.✨ Reflection Questions:📓 Journal Prompt:💬 Affirmation:
You’ve been giving, showing up, holding it all together. But somewhere along the way, you stopped noticing how empty you were becoming. This episode of Radical Release is a sacred invitation to shift your focus—to stop fixating on what’s draining you and instead start choosing what restores you. With scriptures from Philippians 4, Isaiah 58, and Matthew 11, this episode walks you through the divine discipline of receiving without guilt. You’ll learn how to identify what truly pours into you—joy, rest, softness, presence—and how to make space for it as a form of obedience, not indulgence. If you’ve been living on spiritual fumes, this is your reminder: rest is holy. Peace is a strategy. You are allowed to be filled. What are 3 things that truly pour life back into me—spiritually, emotionally, or physically? How often do I intentionally make space for them? What is one draining habit or pattern I can say “no” to this week in exchange for restoration?"God, help me release the guilt of needing joy, rest, love, and softness. Teach me to see rest not as avoidance, but as alignment. Help me protect what pours into me so I can walk in wholeness and not just survival."I am allowed to rest.I am allowed to be restored.I am worthy of what pours into me.I choose life-giving focus, and I release what drains me in Jesus’ name.✨ Reflection Prompts:📓 Journal Prompt:💬 Affirmation:
You weren’t created to carry the emotional weight of everyone’s story, opinion, or timeline. But somehow, your soul got stretched thin—watching more than you were ever meant to absorb. This episode marks the first step in the Refocus phase of Radical Release Season 6.We explore how spiritual exhaustion often starts with visual overload and emotional fixation. What you see becomes what you absorb, and what you absorb begins to shape how you feel, react, and even pray.Grounded in Psalm 119:37, this episode helps you identify the things stealing your peace and draining your attention—and invites you back into sacred stillness, one shift at a time.📝 Reflection Prompt:Name 3 things you gave too much attention to this week.Ask: “Did this nourish or deplete me?”✍🏾 Journal Entry:“God, turn my eyes away from what drains me. I want to see what gives life. Show me where my gaze has been out of alignment, and bring it back to You.”💬 Affirmation:“My focus is sacred. I release what drains me. I fix my eyes on what restores me. I give my gaze back to God.”📖 Key Scripture: Psalm 119:37 – “Turn my eyes away from worthless things; preserve my life according to your word.”Make sure to check out our Graceful Retreat Resources.

TY TY I'm not very certain if I met my counterpart or not, but regardless, it has been a big catalyst for me to identify my inner child wounds & work on integration of masculine & feminine w/I self. Having so many Scorpio placements w/ Aquarius 🌙: Shadow work & integration of light & dark aspects of self are intriguing. It is so interesting hearing your story b/c your DM is similar to me & my DM is similar to you. So it is eerie to be a DF where the roles are reversed. My DM is more touchy feely & would like me to show more emotions, but that is his sense of control. Though I'm not outwardly expressive of my emotions, I articulate them verbally. Many people that I hear talk about the journey in martyrdom: I.E. they are being punished rather than cocreating w/ the universe to understand the lessons b/c life happens for us. I can only speak from my own life experiences..If we change some of our autopilot reactions & begin responding to life at least from my own experiences I have seen i
