He got into the stolen car, started the engine and left his mothers home. The vehicle wasn't the only thing that he had stolen. Concealed under a blanket, in the boot of the car, was a pump action shotgun and some ammunition taken from his stepfather. Women in the south-east were not safe. Season 3 - Episode 26
Off the northeastern tip of Scotland, many of the 70 isolated Islands in Orkney, are unoccupied. The sandy beaches, lush green fields and rugged white cliffs look like something you would see on a postcard. With a population of roughly 20,000 people crime is rare. On the odd occasion when an offence is committed, it doesn’t take long for police to apprehend the culprit as everyone knows everyone else’s business. There hadn’t been a murder in Orkney in a quarter of a century but in 1994 all that would change. (Part 1 of 2).*** LISTENER CAUTION IS ADVISED AS THIS EPISODE CONTAINS ADULT THEMES AND DESCRIPTIONS THAT SOME LISTENERS MAY FIND DISTRESSING ***  More information can be found on our website at http://theywalkamonguspodcast.com For early advert free access and other extras visit https://www.patreon.com/TheyWalkAmongUs MUSIC: Sea Space by Emily A. Stephen suddenly felt a pain in his chest and momentarily blacked out. After hitting what he thought was a brick in the centre of the road it startled him and looking for the brake he accidentally put his foot on the accelerator. Before he could get the vehicle under control it ploughed through a gap in the trees and plummeted into the freezing waters of the Bridgewater canal.*** LISTENER CAUTION IS ADVISED AS THIS EPISODE CONTAINS ADULT THEMES AND DESCRIPTIONS THAT SOME LISTENERS MAY FIND DISTRESSING ***  More information can be found on our website at http://theywalkamonguspodcast.com For early advert free access and other extras visit https://www.patreon.com/TheyWalkAmongUs MUSIC: The House Glows With Almost No Help by Chris ZabriskieBrethren Arise by Chris ZabriskieCylinder Seven by Chris ZabriskieReflections by MK2Retro Dreamscape by Twin MusicomClean Soul - Calming by Kevin MacLeodHydra by Huma-HumaCylinder Four by Chris ZabriskieWindow Demons by roljuiOpen Sea Morning by Puddle of InfinityThe Dark Glow of the Mountains by Chris ZabriskieTake Off and Shoot a Zero by Chris ZabriskieLand on the Golden Gate by Chris ZabriskieSpace Chatter by Doug Maxwell/Media Right ProductionsMusic used under a Creative Commons Attribution license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)YOU CAN FOLLOW US VIA OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES: Twitter - https://twitter.com/TWAU Podcast Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/theywalkamonguspodcast/ Facebook Group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/1346814312074979/ Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/theywalkamonguspodcast/ Acast - https://www.acast.com/theywalkamongus

It’s pretty messed up that the court used the guy’s serial killer and horror movie viewing as a factor. Pretty much anybody listening to this podcast could meet such a low standard. Don’t get me wrong, the guy definitely deserve to be interacting with the world, but I don’t see any good coming from blaming movies.
