It’s pretty messed up that the court used the guy’s serial killer and horror movie viewing as a factor. Pretty much anybody listening to this podcast could meet such a low standard. Don’t get me wrong, the guy definitely deserve to be interacting with the world, but I don’t see any good coming from blaming movies.

I love a true crime episode but I can't listen to this episode in its entirety. Its too much for me. There isnt a word for these "humans". So upsetting.

Loved the story. Hearing Sarah's tragic past reminds me of 13 reasons why. Instead of Sarah committing suicide, Sarah has murdered an individual. When I heard about the letters she gave to the women, exposing the affairs, I first thought they were a bit brutal, however after hearing that Sarah had been kidnapped and sexually assaulted and the man was never found, I can understand why she wrote letters exposing the affairs; the women got a chance to know what man they are really in a relationship with. However, I still don't believe Sarah's past can justify her actions.

great podcast. I have an issue with wording a rape/sexual assaults as 'ravishing' ... would encourage your to be mindful of wording and the implications certain words apply.

Sam Alison That is a fair point. However another definition is "fill (someone) with intense delight; enrapture", certainly not what rape is. Rape is rape and should be called out as that, no need to dress it up and title it something that could be misconstrued. It was a friendly suggestion. I have immense respect for the makers of this podcast and did not mean to offend.

Ava Podgorski one meaning of the word ravish is 'to rape' so it is certainly used correctly.
