Description

There’s a thin line between healthy and obsessed, confident and critical, fit and fatigued. Thin Fat Line is where we talk about the messy middle, what it really means to be healthy in a world that keeps trying to define it for us. Hosted by Whitney Andrus, certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, and founder of Half Belly Health, this podcast dives into the unfiltered conversations about health, body image, culture, and the often-unhealthy things we do in the name of wellness.

I have gotten a lot of questions about VSG and my journey losing weight. I am calling this the soapbox episode because well, there's a bit of a soapbox. There's a bit of explicit language. Just a fair warning. I am excited for this episode and always here to answer your questions and beyond.  You can follow Thin Fat Line on social media:  Instagram: instagram.com/thinfatline Facebook: facebook.com/thinfatline   TikTok: tiktok.com/@whittokandrus   Thin Fat Line is a podcast that explores the thin lines in the 72 billion dollar health and wellness industry. Kylee Arnold is my hero among heroes. Ok hyperbolic? Yes, but this is the thing. She has reminded me that life is about grace and even Popeyes chicken. She has shown me grocery store hacks, celebrated my wins, listened to me in my frustrations. She’s a nutrition coach with the loveliest since or grace and balance. I am pretty sure all her clients would agree. Don’t believe me, listen and give her a follow on social media @arnoldnutritioncoaching. The first time I met Tina I was barely clothed. I quickly took all my clothes off. It was my first experience with Boudoir Photography and let me tell you, I was hooked. There is something about falling in love with yourself in pictures and in front of the camera that is beyond this world. It is the confidence boost we all need. This episode reminded me why Tina is a rockstar of epic proportions and the hype woman everyone needs in their life.  Beausoliel Boudoir & Portrait on Facebook, Instagram, and in their VIP Group. It's the second Tiny Mic Session. Wahoo, the crowd goes wild. These sessions are unscripted, unedited, and a chance to unwind. This session we are chatting about chasing dopamine. Specifically, how I have used, for most of my adult life, food as my only source of dopamine.  Let's be honest, if it wasn't food, it was sex and alcohol in my early 20s. Sorry mom. Now I am exploring more serving ways to get that hug of emotions in intentional and more joyful ways. I would love to hear from you, how do you chase dopamine?   You can follow Thin Fat Line on social media:  Instagram: instagram.com/thinfatline  Facebook: facebook.com/thinfatline   TikTok: tiktok.com/@whittokandrus   Thin Fat Line is a podcast that explores the thin lines in the 72 billion dollar health and wellness industry. In this episode I am chatting with my husband. He is a man of a few words, but I am telling the story of our child and vison boards. Are they a woo woo, wishful thinking? We think so, but there is a power in the creating and talking through it. I am telling the story of how our child reminded me that I should just dismiss something because it’s not my thing (at first).
